Kory, the “GM” of Domino’s at the Lebanon/Mascoutah, IL - Hayden Drive location- is horrific! I placed an order online and even gave them a three hour head start to deliver my pizza - no rush as I’m used to that store running low on man power. Kory called me and said it would be an hour and a half - wanted me to cancel order - I told him the wait was fine and I planned for it - he was full bent on me cancelling my order - he then quoted me out four hours later - I inquired as to what happened in the past ten seconds since he quoted me an hour and a half - no response other then he’s just note going to cancel my order - I said I do not want to cancel my order - he proceeded to scream at me, cut me off in conversation, did not apologize - I went to ask him a question and he hung up on me when I said please don’t hang up I have a question - he hung up on me, I lost my free credits I had used on mobile app and had to fight to get him to refund me. Had to go into the store where he literally hid in the back office - he told all his staff to ignore me - I was trying to get my credits and refund. Staff was not friendly - only one gentleman tried to help me and in the middle of out conversation a female said “nope!! You go make pizza, that’s Korys “drama” - so finally after standing at the counter for over an hour Kory came out, grabbed a premade pizza, threw it at me - I offered to pay and said I don’t feel comfortable walking out with the pizza - he basically said just get out of here and take your free pizza! I cannot believe a “GM” of a dominos franchise is allowed to behave like this - no wonder the experience at the Hayden store is always a nightmare - I’ll stick to Pizza Hut and...
Read moreI work at a high school and ordered food at 10:30 to make sure my order was here during my lunch period. The selected time for my order that was chosen was 11:45. My order did not get here till 12:35, almost an hour later. I had to eat my food in the classroom with my students, something I wanted to avoid. The excuse was the delivery driver’s car broke down. He/she should have called to let us know. The manager ended up delivering our order and asked if we wanted to take the food back because it wasn’t warm. Uh, no. That was a rude response from a manager. We called Domino’s to complain about the lateness of our order and they said a credit will be given. A credit?! The order should be free as it is advertised if your order is late. We did a group order and all three of us has luke warm food. The onions in the chicken carbonara pasta were crunchy, which gives off a different flavor than sautéed onions. We don’t deserve a credit. We deserve a free order if that is what Domino’s is advertising. If you’re not going to honor what your advertisement claims, then that’s BAD business. Also, a MANAGER shouldn’t have given a rude response about taking back our order because it’s cold. A manager should have called us, explained the situation, and made our order fresh. Bad business and...
