O Fallon, IL Hardee’s
We had just ordered dinner through the drive-through on our way home. They had us pull forward into the first HANDICAP parking spot yes you read that correctly. We waited approximately 10min for the shift lead “Jory” to hand us our food.
Once she handed us our food, she quickly turned and walked away to where I was forced to yell, did you put any sauce in there for us? She replied very rudely “you didn’t ask for any” to which I replied, “if you’re going to have people pull forward, it’s probably a good idea to ask.”
She then rudely told me no, we can’t do that or we will get “fired”…. I then replied, well can you please get us some sauce? She told me “no” and then rudely turns and walks inside.
At this point I walk into the restaurant and again ask her to hand me some sauce and I reiterated that it’s a good idea to ask before having people pull forward. She again explains that she will “literally” get fired and that her manager will yell at her.
I then ask for her manager as I would like to talk to her and she continues to explain to me that she can’t give me her name and she tells me she isn’t allowed to give out that information..
At this point I took a picture of the barcode for this survey as she rolled her eyes and cursed as I walked out.
Very disappointing to see workers act this way even without being provoked. They just immediately treat customers like garbage.

Number 1 I ordered two chicken sandwiches and 15 piece chicken tender box and two shakes. My bill ended up being $36.00 Number 2 When I asked for the receipt I received a look like he was being put out. Number 3 I received the wrong order and was unaware of it until I had travelled across town. I am sure that other people have had that happen. It is very frustrating having to spend an additional half an hour in my vehicle when I am ready to eat and relax. Number 4 Upon my return to the restaurant I was noticable agitated. The person behind the counter explained that they had accidentally given away my order. Not let's make this right. Not an apology. Not even like she or the manager even cared at all! Number 5 Finally the manager explained that should would have to cook more chicken for the order. Another case of "oh well" on her part. I told her in my agrivated state to get my order redone quickly as I feel they really didn't want to do it. The order came out after several minutes. Number 6. Wow it is amazing to me that they still have very poor service and that management doesn't seem to care that the dining room was vacant and everyone who worked there seemed to be on "super slow motion" No more Hardee's for...
Read moreI agree with what MANY customers have stated here . This is the worst Hardees location I have ever been to. Not sure if it's understaffing or indiference by the general manager. Just like everyone else complaining about this location, my experience was that of slow service and the resteraunt constantly not having something I ordered.
A few weeks ago my wife went and they didn't have the drink she ordered and no ketchup. I went tonight, around 5 pm (so nowhere near closing) and ordered a Dr pepper and a Hi-C fruit punch. They had neither... I ordered 2 burger combos, asked for large fries and they had no fries. I don't mean they didn't have any ready, I mean they actually didt have regular fries, only curly fries. How do you not have FRIES? It's a burger joint. Your primary product is a burger and fries... The employees told me that they were waiting on the truck to come and blamed it on their GM.
My wife and I both said in the same conversation that when you pull up to the drive through it feels like the employees are waiting to see if you'll just leave before they offer to take your order. She had to pull around once just to see if there was anyone behind the counter.
It feels like this is one of those franchise stores that probably should have closed a long time ago due to sheer neglect from the owner. I fully expect to see it shut down every...
