I have always enjoyed my visits to You scream I scream until today. The kids that work there always greet You with a smile & are very nice, kind & friendly

Today I was told by thevperson that waited in me that She was the owner?! That about blew me away! I ordered a penut butter overload

That is the 4th time I've had them It didn't look anything like what I've had served before. When I told the woman just that, she just responded with a list of the ingredients Well She put the hard shell penutbutter sauce on over about 2 small scoops of icecream, then sprinkled with reseses bits I asked for whipped cream & didn't get any of thar either. I asked if under the hard shell penutbutter, there was nothing! She said when You take bites it will just rundown That certainly isn't how I was taught to make a sundae. 2 scoops of ice cream & hit the top with hard sauce, which by the way made the icecream melt very fast & sprinkles Your done?! When I asked if She would make another She just flat out said NO! AND THEN ADDED "IF I MAKE YOU ANOTHER, I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU!? IF SHE WAS TRULY THE OWNER, SHE IS THEN THE ONE THAT CALLS THE SHOTS! THAT WAS NOT A TRUE STATEMENT, SHE DID NOT HAVE TO CHARGE ME, THAT WAS HER DECSION! SO MUCH FOR TREATING MYSELF TO AN ENJOYABLE VISIT TO ICECREAM...

I’ve been coming to this ice cream shop since a kid. The fact that a $3.65 cent medium shake went to $6 based off of one flavor burst makes absolutely no sense. If you’re going to be charging ridiculous numbers for a flavor at least have the decency to list those prices as well. I’m doing business with this place.
