After spending years out of the area, I desperately decided to eat Imoās pizza. Recalling such fond family members while divulging into a pizza was short lived. I drove the 20 miles to pick up the special ordered pizza only to be disappointed. Not only was the pizza thrown together with limited toppings, I seemingly ordered my pizza with hair. Never would I imagine that you could order a pizza with hair. I was immediately sickened because Iād already ate one square of the pie. I decided to call back to the location not for the free return but to let them know that their cleanliness was lacking. The manager suggested that I drive back and return the pizza in exchange for a new pizza. Really??? I just drove 20 miles to get the pizza and to suggest my return was ridiculous. Next, she suggested to give me 30 percent off my next purchase. 30 percent off?? I literally had a human hair inside of my pizza and you think Iād return. A better option would have been a refund. My wife called and tried to order and the employee got an attitude and hung up on her. Then she called back a few minutes later to order again and the girl put every item in wrong on purpose. Gave us boneless wings when my wife asked for Bone In, and gave me a grilled chicken salad when their whole argument on the phone was over Crispy Chicken Ceasar Salad. I can not make this up yall. Then when I came to the store for a reorder and delivery refund, the same employee tried to tell me my wife ordered the food that way. After waiting over an hour we called and the " Manager" said that they only have one delivery driver and he is busy. Then apologized and said that he was back and would bring our food to our business. After another 30 mins with no sight of the delivery driver we called them back and the " Manager" told us that some of our food was forgotten in the fridge and he came back to get it.So we waited..And nothing happened..No food, No nothing...After ordering food at 12:12pm and waiting til 2pm we called back and said that we wanted to cancel the order..Not an apology, not im so sorry, but, OK.. That was the response.. Very unprofessional and very bad customer service..If this was the way we ran our business, we would have customer complaints daily and not many customers left to...
