I first arrived at 4:23 A.M. after waiting 3-5 mins I was then spoken to "our systems are updating come back in 10 or 20 mins". ME: "I will wait here since I'm the only one and you Sir are not sure if an update takes 10 or 20 mins." Man,"It all depends, but umm you have to move because you sitting there hurts my numbers." ME:"If it's updating then its not collecting data to hurt squat. But, I will move and be back in 10". I wait 22 mins so his excuses would be null and void. I pull up and 15 More mins pass before he even acknowledges me. Meanwhile 7 cars had come and done due to his refusale to acknowledge our presence. FINALLLLY at 5:04 he takes my SIMPLE order 2 orders of tacos and small shake. Then it takes an additional 10 for him to make the item. He was rude, he liked about policy "everyone of our other locations are like this at this time". I called the one in collinsville and it doesn't take their system 20 mins to update oh and theirs is at 2 A.M.! Worst experience ever all because someone was too lazy to do what they are on the companies clock to do and just lying and turn away all of the revenue in sales due to being lazy. Horrible experience. Not necessary!!!

Jack is hit or miss. Because everyone at the table all said similar things, I feel this is an accurate description of this location. It comes down to the food is all microwaved and not fresh. Therefore, mushy sourdough toast or a sandwich that tasted pre made and not heated all the way through etc. Also, when I nicely asked for tomatoes for the chicken sandwich, no kidding, she turned her head and ROLLED her eyes. An epidemic with young fast food girls in this area. Maybe I should start being rude or self entitled when I ask or (“demand”) so they stop and act like someone getting paid to do nothing more than hand people their food. Last time we were here and had exceptional service. The guy came out to our table and told us how he moved here and started there etc. very friendly and the food was fresh and it made for a really nice experience. Maybe you could re hire him and get rid of the dead weight…?

This place should not be open! Dirty, employees talk over you while you order, it takes 5 times going back around the drive through to get your order right. In no way, shape, or form should this restaurant remain open. Absolutely atrocious food and service. Since when does a burrito come in a square? I say fire the WHOLE entire team because obviously no one has a clue what’s going on, and this place is only going to go down hill!

This place should not be open! Dirty, employees talk over you while you order, it takes 5 times going back around the drive through to get your order right. In no way, shape, or form should this restaurant remain open. Absolutely atrocious food and service. Since when does a burrito come in a square? I say fire the WHOLE entire team because obviously no one has a clue what’s going on, and this place is only going to go down hill!

This has been our go-to JitB for several years. Last evening, and. yes, it was Thanksgiving and wanting to get out of the house and not in the mood for more turkey we decided on Jack. Relieved that it was open we got in line at the drive thru. After a nearly ten minute wait we got up to the speaker and after a couple more minutes an employee got on the speaker and announced, "We're closed". Confused since it was 7:12 which is an odd time to close and that there were cars ahead of us in line I asked why. The worker came on, curtly, and said, "What? You don't have family? and "I'm not allowed to spend time with them?" I said that we understood that, but asked why were WE the ones where the cutoff was made? Finally, in a snarky tone, he said, "Fine, what do you want?" We decided there was now ay we were going to get our food from Jack in the Box. A couple of things. If he is an employee and he's scheduled to work...whatever shift it may be. Your hours are posted. If management saw that there might be a problem, put a sign up that at 7pm (or whatever time) due to....staff shortage, holiday...whatever., we will be closed. Perfectly understandable. But that's not what happened. Alternately, he could have called his supervisor and explained the situation. And as an aside while in the military, I missed Thanksgiving AND Christmas with my family at least a dozen times so it really rubbed me raw when he said what he said. Which is why, in these situations, we thank them and give a generous tip, even at fast...

We stopped in last night around 8:30 PM. I live several hours from any Jack In The Box and this is the first one we hit before we come into St. Louis from Illinois. We were craving loaded curly fries with the cheese sauce setup. In the past I ordered loaded potato wedges as they were specifically sold this way. When this location switched to curly fries I was still told it was no problem to sell my cheese fries but it would cost extra. I said absolutely. I have since stopped at this location Everytime we've been by it for cheese fries. I've never had a problem getting them until last night. The girl at the counter was very blunt and said no, we get in trouble when we make those and we can't. I said excuse me? If I'm paying extra then what's the issue with selling me cheese on my fries? She said we can't, we aren't supposed to do that and we will get in trouble. I said well if I had known that we wouldn't have made the trip over and stopped in for our favorite fries. We settled for chicken strips and the chicken strips were chewy and full of gristle. They almost tasted doughy as well like they weren't done. Multiple orders were purchased and everyone has the same complaint at the table. In the end we also ordered churo bites and these were doughy on the inside as well. I've never had a restaurant tell me they can't sell me cheese sauce if they sell it before. I was dumbfounded and I'm very upset over the whole deal especially since we made the trip for them and we had been craving them...

This place has okay service occasionally. Though, I can't tell you a time recently. A night or two ago, I showed up at around 11. one car ahead of me at the order station. I waited 9 minutes before giving up. Went to the gas station and returned. Was informed they were unable to take orders, but might be able to resume again around midnight. Two weeks ago, I was in the drive thru. Three cars ahead of me. Two were pulled, and one left. Okay. So. I get to the window. I hear loud yelling and obscenities. 9 minutes I sit... no one ecent acknowledges me. (I decided to wait only because nothing else was open nearby.) So they come, take my money, and literary walk away. Wouldn't come back. I waited 34 minutes, and they came ava gave me some food. Not all correct. And most not even warm. He asked for my receipt because he didn't know my order. Checked it, gave me some more food, but wouldn't give my receipt back. I told him I needed a copy for my records, and 12 minutes later, he reprinted one. I could tell story after story, but you can get the idea. I hope and pray someone above store level notices and can bring in training and help because this is unprofessional, and no way to run a business. If you go there, be prepared to wait an undetermined amount of time, and double check your order, as it may very well not be even remotely close to what...
