If I can give 0 stars, I would. Drive thru service on 14 Sep, order placed at 9:18pm order received at 9:39pm. Why is service slow when I am the only customer in the drive thru and no customers inside. There were 4 visible workers standing by drive thru window horsing around with sauce packets, serving themselves a drink, and checking their phone. 0 for food, $11 for a large qtr lb meal đŽ. If I pay $11 for that meal, I expect the large fries to top of container, qtr lb patty cooked to a crisp and hard, and since when you order a large meal deal do you receive a medium soda filled mostly in ice. Lucky I felt generous to give 1 star for food being hot. Btw are napkins no longer given. As a manager or business owner, are you paying for horseplay and allowing workers to be scrolling on cell phone on company time. 0 for service. 4 visible employees including I assume is the operator cooking my food socializing rather than focusing on service. They looked like teens so Iâll just sigh đ. When I worked food service, my manager didnât allow slow service, horseplay, or having your phone out while working. They would warn once then clock you out. I guess thatâs what the increase in minimum wage is paying. Oh btw, letâs not forget the three other driver thru customers that had to start waiting while I waited for my order. You need to do better franchisee. Hold your crew accountable or does that no longer exist at the expense of your customers and revenue. 0 for atmosphere because you caused a customer that typically doesnât leave reviews to leave one for your location. Should have listened to the 3 star average your location received. Next time, I am tired and need to stop at a âfastâ food place. Iâll go elsewhere and recommend others to try elsewhere. Would your store manager or franchise owner stand for the poor service....
Read moreI only eat McDonald's fish filets, which are getting smaller and smaller. I'm so glad they bought back the orange Hi-C. So, I had my mouth set on a filet and orange Hi-C. Well, I should have known better than to go to the one in Fairview Heights, IL on Highway 50. They're always out of something. If they have ice cream, they're out of cones. If they have sausage, they're out of McMuffins. Well, they were out of Hi-C. It wasn't even noon, and they just bought the product back to our market. "Cancel my order please." I was headed home, but instead I drove all the way to O'Fallon, IL to place my order. Whew!! They had both items. I'm happy and ready to eat. The window attendant throws, I'll say tossed, my change in my hand. It bounces and lands on the ground. She's looking at me. I'm looking at her. Oh, okay. đ. I tell her I can't get it because it's under the car. She tells me, as she leans out the drive-thru window looking for it, that she can't get it either. Well, well, well, we have a dilemma. I told her that I'll get it at the next window. I drove up and asked for the manager, and she's ready because before I could get my complaint out good, she says, looking down through her overly-filled set of full eyelashes at me, "You're talking about THAT eleven-cent?" I responded, "No! I'm talking about the ten cent; the penny didn't fall!" I let her know that the issue was the fact that she tossed the money at me in the first place. I could hear the window attendant yelling through the store (from the 1st window), "I ain't toss nuttin!!" The manager, with this exasperated look on her face handed me two nickels. đł They say no one is working, but they're now paying wages at $11.00 plus dollars. That's not six figures, but is this what we're having to deal with now? Wages going up,...
Read moreI have not patronized this location since July of 2018. The experience I had then was as horrible as it was last night. We came in, and it was empty except for one employee's mother who was waiting to talk to her daughter. We started to walk to the counter to order when I noticed the kiosk where you order for yourself. We easily navigated the kiosk and decided we would pay at the register. We received confirmation at the kiosk to grab a number for our table, take a seat, and they would bring the food to us. It was my assumption that we would then pay for the food when they brought the food to the table, perhaps. We waited, and we waited, watching drive-thru customers get their food as well as the employee giving her mother food and talking to her. My friend that came with me went to the counter eventually, and after asking an employee for assistance twice, they were bothered enough to answer him, putting their phone down to do so. The employee informed him they didn't have our order. That was extremely aggravating and unimpressive. The dining area was really filthy and I had to wipe our table and chairs off before we sat down. Unfortunately that seems to be a common thing anymore at most fast food locations. I will never return to this location. I am not the only person that has had such horrible experiences at this same location time...
