There are some managers that I absolutely love at this location (the lady with the high pitched voice) she’s the sweetest but today when I went through drive through to order breakfast. I ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes. That’s the only big breakfast listed in the menu besides the hotcakes and sausage and hotcakes only. First of all when I dropped the food off to my mom the hotcakes were not in there. I called up to the store and asked to speak with a manager. I told her that I didn’t receive my hotcakes and she proceeds to tell me that they have a big breakfast without hotcakes. I said I know what I ordered and her attitude was HORRIBLE! After hearing her tell me what I didn’t order I asked for a refund and she HUNG UP!! I then called back and asked if there was someone else to speak to above her and she told me NO! I’m like I’ll bring your food back and go elsewhere because what I’m not gonna do is argue with someone about my order that I placed. I understand people make mistakes but her attitude was uncalled for. I went back in to get the refund and another manager helped me out. When I asked for that managers name she wouldn’t give it to me stating she didn’t know who it was. How many managers do you need there at one time. That’s ridiculous and extremely unprofessional! McDonald’s needs to train some of these managers and staff over again because whatever this managers name is giving your company a bad reputation. She did the same thing to my mother when she came through and ordered a drink and argued her down about what she ordered. I’ll go patronize somewhere else before having to deal with a bad spirit like that...

We were totally disappointed in the food. 😟 😕 I'm sure the food quantity and measurements are a higher up management decision I hope that it did not come from corporate . But if it did I am totally shocked at the McDonald's corporation.
I ordered a filet of fish and my husband had the 10 piece chicken nugget. The filet of fish came with a half a slice of cheese ( in the attached picture you can barely see the chase because it's covered by some bread only try to pull the bread off to show you) And some tartar sauce.
My husband's chicken nuggets look like they had been cut in half, not the usual, thick and plump chicken nuggets that they sold for such a long time.
We were so excited to be able to go to McDonald's for as a change of pace ( as are many other Americans you have not been able to go out to different places to eat and have fun, because of this current pandemic. It was shocking to see that a major corporation, such as, McDonald's would sale smaller portions and slightly increase their prices.
Again, the staff was wonderful very courteous and professional 😀 😇.
We appreciate the new kiosk screen that shows your total on the screen in a large graphic Manor. That was a plus because sometimes the speaker systems at some McDonald's does not work well.
I hope that McDonald's returns to serving proper portions of food. Families as well as individuals are truly counting their pennies but when you have an opportunity to go out and enjoy yourself you would like to know that you're receiving quality food and getting a awesome bang...
Read moreIt seems like every time I go to McDonalds anymore the food gets worse and the customer service even more worse. I pulled up to the drive and an automated person spoke so I gave my order like it instructed and I’d say a minute to two minutes go by and no one says anything. the other line had two cars go by in that time. FINALLY someone spoke and they said “go ahead” so i repeated my order. He told me to pull up and the same kid was in the cash out window with air pods in his ears listening to music while also having a headset on. He had no manners like the girl at the second window as well. Once I got to her she gave me my bag (no thanks or have a great day) and closed the window. I always have to check my order when I go to McDonalds because even when they make $14 an hour they still somehow mess my order up every single time. Sure enough my order was wrong and she told me to pull up to the 3rd window where I sat for 10 minutes and ended up turning my car off. I finally had to go inside to get my order and there was no apology for the wait or anything. McDonalds could take a few tips from places like Chickfila. I will not be going back to this...
