Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in O'Fallon

I am completely disgusted to learn that I have to call a call center to order a pizza, not the actually location. Do not waste your time calling to speak to a person located in ofallon il. I dialed the local 628 number and got transferred to a call center so she could place my order online using the same public internet portal I can use on my own to order pizza. It is 2020,EVERYONE is qualified enough to use the internet to order pizza. If I call the store, it’s because I want to speak to a person at that brick and mortar location. So we have been ordering pizza every Friday as our family pizza day and in the last year simply doing the 2 or more medium 2 topping pizza for $5.99. Now the price has gone up to $6.49 which I have no problem with BUT how are you now charging more but the pizzas has gone from 2 toppings of choice to 1 topping of choice??? The service at this place sucks. I was trying to place and order online and the website would not allow my order for whatever reason.
