Wings, Burgers, Fish, and Pulled Pork: A Foodie's Paradise. The food at Shooters Bar & BBQ is absolutely amazing. I started with their famous wings, which were cooked to perfection and tossed in a variety of delicious sauces.

The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the fish is always fresh and cooked to order. But the real star of the show is the pulled pork. It's cooked to perfection and so tender. I highly recommend trying it with their signature BBQ sauce.

A true staple of the Downtown O'Fallon experience, Shooter's has a wide variety of food on the menu that is far above "bar fare." Try the shooter's sweet smoked wings (or any of their wings, fried or smoked!) The brisket and other meats are great, and you must try the legendary smoked-then-fried shooter's sweet ribs! The sweet potato fries are awesome, the pit beans are some of the best baked beans I've had, and even the side salad with the house garlic ranch is irresistibly fresh! The only reason I drop a point for atmosphere is that it's a large, but gorgeous, antique, open room and the noise levels can and will get VERY high during meal rushes and especially evenings during game nights. Just something to keep in mind for your plans, nothing to do about it really and you get used to it eventually. Just come at off-peak times if you need the volume...

4/9/2021 update: Once again the food was AMAZING! Get the blackened chicken breast sandwich. You won't be sorry. Also the sweet potato fries come with maple syrup for dipping. Whaaaaat? Sooooo gooood! Rylee H was our waitress and she was the best! So attentive and pleasant.

Previous review from almost a year ago: It was fast. It was hot. It was delicious! Oh yeah and it was priced well! 😀 i had the pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries. The bun was fresh and soft. The pork was flavorful. It had burnt ends, too. For those who are not familiar, burnt ends are desireable. Lots of flavor in them.
