From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive service. Wings, Burgers, Fish, and Pulled Pork: A Foodie's Paradise. The food at Shooters Bar & BBQ is absolutely amazing. I started with their famous wings, which were cooked to perfection and tossed in a variety of delicious sauces. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the fish is always fresh and cooked to order. But the real star of the show is the pulled pork. It's cooked to perfection and so tender. I highly recommend trying it with their signature BBQ sauce. Craft Beer Nirvana! If you're a craft beer lover, then you'll be in heaven at Shooters Bar & BBQ. They have a wide selection of beers on tap, from local favorites to national brands. The staff is also very knowledgeable about beer and can help you find the perfect one to pair with your meal. More Than Just a Bar & Grill, Shooters Bar & BBQ is more than just a bar and grill; it's a community hub. I highly recommend Shooters Bar & BBQ. 4/9/2021 update: Once again the food was AMAZING! Get the blackened chicken breast sandwich. You won't be sorry. Also the sweet potato fries come with maple syrup for dipping. Whaaaaat? Sooooo gooood! Rylee H was our waitress and she was the best! So attentive and pleasant. Previous review from almost a year ago: It was fast. It was hot. It was delicious! Oh yeah and it was priced well! 😀 i had the pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries. The bun was fresh and soft. The pork was flavorful. It had burnt ends, too. For those who are not familiar, burnt ends are desireable. Lots of flavor in them. The sweet potatoes were hot, crispy and cut with a wavy edge to give it more crispness. Love the old hardware store it is in. Id post a pic, if i could figure out how.

They have Sunday ticket and a view of a tv everywhere you look. Came in for lunch during the week - had the smoked chicken wings with no sauce. Food came quick and tasted great. Only negative we had was the lack of service. The waitress didn't come back to ask if we needed anything and we had to go up to the bar twice to get drinks refilled/food items. Had to hunt the waitress down to get our bill. She didn't come back over until we were standing up to put our coats on. Definitely over staffed and it was unfortunate. I wouldn't go back if ever in a time crunch.

A true staple of the Downtown O'Fallon experience, Shooter's has a wide variety of food on the menu that is far above "bar fare." Try the shooter's sweet smoked wings (or any of their wings, fried or smoked!) The brisket and other meats are great, and you must try the legendary smoked-then-fried shooter's sweet ribs! The sweet potato fries are awesome, the pit beans are some of the best baked beans I've had, and even the side salad with the house garlic ranch is irresistibly fresh! The only reason I drop a point for atmosphere is that it's a large, but gorgeous, antique, open room and the noise levels can and will get VERY high during meal rushes and especially evenings during game nights. Just something to keep in mind for your plans, nothing to do about it really and you get used to it eventually. Just come at off-peak times if you need the volume...
