I never bother with reviews. My mistake.
Do not ever come here. All of the other 1 star reviews stretching back several years say exactly the same thing. Nothing has changed and nothing will. Go elsewhere.
Stalls don't work, but they won't tell you that - and they'll get angry if you ask. They'll also let you sit for 10, 20, 30? minutes before bothering to bark at you through the speaker.
Drive-thru is slow no matter how few cars are in it. After sitting in the drive-thru an obnoxiously long time, you will watch a car slide into the stall you were just informed was out of service, and you will still be sitting there 20 minutes later when that car receives their food.
Ice water with Nerds in it is not a drink. You will receive an exasperated "Well did you ORDER it with flavor?" if you have the audacity to ask for some syrup.
You will legitimately wait 45+ minutes to simply PLACE an order, and you will sit there and wait another 30 while they serve the cars in line behind you, expertly avoiding any eye contact.
I hope you enjoy eating your chili cheese dogs in your vehicles with your fingers and no napkins, because I definitely do.
Why is this place still open? This was one of the worst fast food experiences of my LIFE, and I've WORKED in fast food. Past a certain point we were only still there to see this thing through to the end. And by "a certain point" I mean when we hit the 1 hour mark.
GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO AVOID THIS PLACE. Waste of time, waste of money, and an insult to you as a paying customer. Wow I've never been so offended by negligent, uncaring workers. At least now I have a story to tell people. And tell them I will.

Read moreIf I could give a negative star I would. Got to the restaurant about 6pm and pulled around to stall 16, directly across from the drive through window. After ordering 3 meals with chili cheese fries and 8 pretzels, we asked if we needed to pay at the card reader or wait for the attendant to bring the food, to no response. Almost 30 minutes go by and no food, so we push the call button. Voice comes over, " how can I help you"? I state we were just checking on our order status. They asked if I was a pick-up order to which I replied " No we ordered a #3, two #7s, chili cheese tots, and a bunch of pretzels". a moment later another voice comes over, " How can I help you?" I re-explain that we are inquiring about our order to which this new person tells us that we just wasted 58$ worth of his stores product when we came through his drive through, and drove off. We had never gone through the drive through. When I tried to tell him he told us he was refusing service, and to leave or he would call the cops. We tried to reason with him, and even asked him to check his cameras to prove we had not left, but he refused. After calling back multiple times we finally got his last name ( Robert, or Roberts) if that is even true. He even went so far as to take the phone off the hook to try to avoid responsibility for his unacceptable behavior. Needless to say , we filled a complaint with corporate, and will never be using this establishment again as long as this current management...
Read moreThis has to be the worst sonic location in the country. For sure the worst I’ve ever been to myself. They have the app ordering turned off all the time. And they won’t honor any of the happy hour or offers from it. All this advertising of special offers and discounts for using the app advertised and you can never get them.
Then they randomly shut down the stalls and instead of putting up signs they let you get to the stall lookup the menu and press the button only to have to wait there to be told they shut down their stalls and are drive through only.
It’s cool if you’re don’t have enough staff and need to shut the stalls. BUT YOU HAVE T MAKE IT CLEAR THEY ARE OFF FOR PEOPLE NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME! While I was there waiting at least 4 more cars got in line at the drive through.
UPDATE: came back on 14 may 2022. After waiting 10 minutes at the stall they finally come on the speaker to tell me that again they are only doing the drive through but didn’t bother to post a single sign up letting people know. 6 cars now got in line in front.
This has got to be the biggest joke and worst sonic in the entire country. Hands down. Like it should be an award.
To add insult to injury by the time I was able to get to the drive through to order they shut down the ice cream machine so I wasted 30 minutes and te gasoline associated with it to leave...
