Starbucks — Restaurant in O'Fallon

Customer service is awful here. The lady that works the counter is extremely rude. Then my coffee was wrong twice. One we got back our order the Third time we just gave up and left. Someone needs to teach them how to make a Starbucks staple drink. 10/10 would not recommend this Starbucks. 2/3 of our visits here the main lady working there was rude.

Our experience at this Starbucks was deeply disappointing. We ordered three coffees and some food items, yet two of the three coffees were incorrect. One was even made wrong twice in a row. Today was my third time since they have been open and so far nothing stands out . Today I waited almost 5 minutes to order the young man asked me to wait I was confused because it was only me and one other car in the drive through when I was finally able to order he asked me to repeat my order three times I asked about the spinach wrap again and they was also out of that too all three times that I came they didn’t have it & when I finished ordering he still didn’t get it right just for me to get to the window and still have to wait because they just had started my drink I could see if they were extremely busy but I was disappointed with the...

Well the location is finally open as of today (Sept 30th). It has everything you would expect from the Starbucks. I did notice it has a new blonde roast that I'm looking forward to trying because most of the coffee here is dark and painful. I love the new style of the locations including the ceiling and the plethora of outlets and USB ports for customers to use. It seems like the staff has migrated from other locations as I do recognize some of them so no worries about someone new messing up your drink. This place is in a prime location and I think we'll do very well...
