Stay Pressed Juice Co. — Restaurant in O'Fallon

I recently stopped by Stay Pressed Juice Co. right off exit 19B on Interstate 64 in Illinois, and it was an exceptional experience! This spot is a perfect oasis for travelers needing a healthy refreshment. The menu has a fantastic variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and snacks, all made with high-quality ingredients which is the only type of food I like putting in my body. ;)

I tried the Heart Bounty Acai Bowl, Avocado Toast, and Peanut Butter Banana Toast—all were delicious and revitalizing. The acai bowl was perfectly blended with just the right amount of toppings, the avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, and the peanut butter banana toast was a delightful combination of creamy and sweet.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient which amplified the clean and cozy atmosphere!

Really don’t want to give a bad review, but my god are they SLOOOOWWWWWW. I have come here on multiple occasions hoping each time that maybe they’ll get better but it keeps getting worse. First time- fantastic. Smoothie was done in a timely fashion and tasted great. The next 2 times we ordered a smoothie bowl to eat in. Painstakingly slow, and on both occasions they completely forgot a bowl altogether!! Both times that smoothie bowls were ordered, toppings were minimal. These last two times I’ve opted for a smoothie because the first time it was quicker. I just left after waiting over 15 min for 3 people to make my smoothie. It’s so thick I can’t drink it, and I knew it would be based on how many times they took it off the blender to mix it.

Serious training needs to be done. I want to love it, but it’s just not worth the time. I’m hoping this gets to the owner so she can do some remediation to make this place better because it...

The atmosphere is so light and uplifting--the wall art is beautiful! This place is where I take my friends to show them I'm cultured they always love it too. I haven't found anything on the menu I don't like. The smoothies have amazing colors I love how pink the Pink Flamingo is & the bowls always come out looking too pretty to eat.
