Ordered food from the drive through. Didnāt check it before I left⦠-big mistake. A whole meal was missing except the drink of course. I get home before discovering it as passing food out to family, because Iām driving and not looking through the bag while driving. I should have pulled over to a parking spot, but of course that defeats the purpose of using a ādrive through.ā They didnāt put the receipt in the bag... I called about the missing food. Naturally they request a receipt. I explain they didnāt place it in the bag. The manager was able to look up my order, so that was nice. However, she told me I need to take a picture of the food and I have to come back in person to get a refund⦠Come on. Anyone could simply take a picture of their food and take food out of it if they were trying to pull one over on someone. Gas is $4/gal and I shouldnāt have to drive all the way back for a refund on missing food that Iām very sure they are aware they forgot to put in the bag. It was a whole combo⦠it wasnāt just a part of it. So inconveniently I will return later today for a refund āin person onlyā to my already inconviently missing food. I worked fast food while in school. If we could refund for mistakes over the phone then, Iām very sure it can still be done now. Iām giving two stars for service only because the gentleman working the window was extremely polite. However, Iāll drive the extra to go to another Taco Bell (if I go back to one). Ā Ā Ā Read moreSitting in the drive thru and wasn't many cars. I was hopeful it would not take forever since I was behind the car that sat at the order speaker ready to put in his order. However was there at least 10 MN and they drove off. Maybe 2-3 minutes and the speaker asked what I wanted and cars in front finally moved. I order 2 chicken quesadillas and she said there was a 30 MN wait on chicken so got steak. I also ordered 3 crunchy taco supreme and a crunch wrap. I was able to drive up to the window and the window person was the manager with a broken foot. That was the excuse for being out of chicken. You would think you would have a reliable coworker check on inventory if you can't because you have a broken foot. Well I thought I was about to drive off after sitting there for 3 mns but no they handed a huge bag of food to someone inside at the counter to take it to go. So I waited probably 5 more mns at the window before I got my food. Didn't double check my order but I should have because I got home and we were missing a crunch wrap. So I had to send my sister with the receipt to get her food we paid for. My daughter went with her though and was able to get her chicken quesadilla then. This is the worst location I have ever been to...it is the closest but Iām going to start driving farther because there food is never right and disgusting!!! I watched 2 employees take out boxes!
