Please get rid of Amy she has short brunette hair and is terrible!
I have been here twice now attending two celebrations and both times they have been awful!
This past weekend we were celebrating my grandfather's 90th birthday. That is a huge milstone so you can imagine we wanted to do something special for him as anyone would for their loved ones. Well when I arrived Amy was rude from beginning to end. I believe it's common sense that when a customer comes in you acknowledge them well I guess not for her! I said hello twice never was greeted she made me wait until she finished her conversation with two employees before addressing me. Crazy thing is this lady is training people, no wonder customer service has become what it is today. As someone who is also in management I always tell my employees make sure you acknowledge and greet the customers.
When she finally realized she had a customer she then proceeded to tell me where the room was but we have to wait for the other half to open as someone is eating in there but they will be out shortly. How do you have someone in the room we reserved and now we have to wait when we were told we have an hour to set up before our event. Well I guess after they inconvenienced us already at the beginning of our dinner they decided hey let's get them again. Amy decides to come in and say we only had to the room for two hours and needed it for 7:15 pm and we needed to leave. Now you have not only had us start late but now your kicking us out. We did not even get to cut the cake or sing happy birthday. Also our waitress didn't even know anything about us having to leave as she had went to get us silverware and plates for the cake. No one told us we had the room for two hours but considering we were delayed already I would of thought they would have tried to sit the people in one of they other empty party rooms.
Amy continued to be a Menace making sure we paid for the food.
As we were leaving her boss finally shows up and apologizes saying she did not agree with what happened and would of moved that other party to one of the empty rooms instead of asking us to get up. Fine time to show up! She then gives everyone free appetizer coupons that require you to dine in and get an appetizer for up to $11. For what we went through that was not enough. I have been here twice and it's a circus, all these people with titles but clearly no...
Read moreIt's Impossible to provide more than 1 star for this place. Pretty much from beginning to end, my interaction and visit with the people at Bella Milano was all around deplorable. I am a very conscious vegan, so that of course means that I took out the time to call this place before even entering. I spoke with a female manager, and later came to find out that there were only two female managers on duty, both of which denied ever speaking to me. There, yes, begins the madness! The hostess is initially seemed pleasant enough, but in a very short time they showed and proved to be very incompetent and unprofessional. Once directing me to some window area for a pickup order, they never assisted me again - despite the fact that I was there for more than an hour for ONE meal. So, I had a manager take down my order very specifically, because everything on their menu was not of interest to me. I was told they accommodate vegans, but that was clearly a lie! once this manager took my order down on paper, I reviewed what was written and waited for my order to be prepared. Unfortunately, 30 minutes later - please note, I was informed my wait would be 20 minutes max by the incompetent hostesses - I came to learn that no order was ever even put in for me. When I requested to speak to the manager that supposedly turned in this order, like magic she was unavailable. Another 15 minutes passes, and one of the bartenders asks me if multiple modifications to my order would be acceptable. Note now that at this point I have been waiting for about 45 minutes. I was passing through this little town that I pray I never pass through again. I waited an hour for penne noodles soaked and drenched in Olive oil - there was a POOL of oil!!! - with uncooked broccoli, whole garlic pieces and just a few chunks of red pepper. They really actually came to ask me about making a salad! 🤦🏽♀️
Just DON'T EAT HERE. You will not be valued, you will not be respected. If I am ever stuck in this town again, I will just...
Read moreApparently this location likes to participate in what Hooters got in trouble for a few years back called “reindeer games” with certain employees. As you can only imagine what kind ramifications that played out. Well here we have another situation but this is lower than low. They are taking a young disabled adult and trying to feed him stuff they wouldn’t eat. This stuff is not on the menu at all. Home grown ghost peppers and despite what he orders he gets some surprise food. Today he ordered chicken and pineapple pizza which is listed in the toppings, what did he get green peppers and strawberries. Thank you, pizza cook James he says. Strawberries is not listed as one of the pizza toppings. This disabled adult doesn’t have much or many friends but wants to work. He was hired on as a dishwasher but because of his attention problems and wanting to make sure everything was clean. That didn’t sit well with their new hire that wore an ankle bracelet as he fearfully explained. He said that this new hire told him that he has to go and that they will fire him but not before name calling and making him upset. Bullying and having other team members join in obviously changed the outcome of his performance before this new hire he was happy and spoke highly about his employment. Instead of correcting the problem they moved him. They had him cleaning around the dumpsters that many other companies pay skilled services to do that job and a lot more. Not sure who else does these duties but my guess it is none, so if no other dishwasher is doing these types of things why is he? Yes if haven’t figured it out by now that abused disabled adult is my son. Please understand my heart is in this message. I am trying my best to convey only as a person looking in. If you had a disabled adult working for you, how would you respond? The food really? The treatment? He pays a bus $4 each direction for work and only works 3 hours. So again it’s not...
