Dueling D's BBQ and Grill — Restaurant in Oak Creek

We stopped in for lunch on Friday afternoon. The lady behind the bar didn't greet us or even seem to notice we were there. We finally sat down at a table and it took another 10 minutes to get her attention and ask if we should order at the bar? I must say, the Brisket was absolutely delicious. Stopped here while "leaf peeping". We stopped at random, deciding we were too hungry to wait until we got back to Steamboat. And we were so lucky! More than 1/2 the menu is gluten free options, pricing is excellent, and owners kind and friendly. I had the cheesy potatoes with brisket, and my hubby had a brisket sandwich and baked beans. An absolute gem of a restaurant in a town far away from where I live..lol. the brisket sandwich was to die for. And cheesy potatoes were magical.. I have a half rack of ribs to try with my daughter now..and I will update when I do that. The service was quick and friendly for being 1 cook and 1 server.. I'm sure it can get busy tho as it was delicious and it's a pretty small town.. price was a bit expensive but portions were big and worth it.. will be back when I pass...
