Back to the SRO Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Oak Grove

The SRO is frayed around the edges. My friend pushed his barstool back and it got hooked on the vinyl floor that was peeling away. The parking lot is an ice rink, absolutely a hazard. The inside is dated and worn out. You sit at the bar and there is an extension to the bar which makes it difficult to eat.

As for the food? We went for the Sunday breakfast buffet and it was only ok. It cost $25 and was way overpriced. The bacon was excellent, but bacon is always excellent. The rest of the food, except for the made-to-order omelet, was below that of a hotel breakfast. The omelet was ok, but...

Great place great selection for a small bar and grill right off the main highway easy to get on and off to get back to where you need to go with ease I had the bacon cheese burger with tater tots and it was very delicious and filling too burgers do not usually fill me up but this was did and the tater tots were soooo delicious too the best tater tots I have had in a long time it also has a big outside patio too and right next door to a baseball area that several games could play at the same time and you can watch the game from the bars patio too 9.95 for a 1/2 pound bacon cheese burger that is a...

Love this place for softball and I love it for the dirty rotten biker fest but since they sold it back and got rid of the boulder lodge it went back down hill. Food isn't the best service isn't the best but the beer is always cold and I enjoy playing softball there.//

Edited: well since it's the same owner something has changed because when it was the boulder lodge the food was good the service was good and loved to eat there. Once the name switched the service was horrible the food went down hill. I stopped eating here when it took an hour and a half to get an order of tator...
