Update on this review!! When the lady "voided" my purchase, she handed me a receipt that was illegible. She said it was the void. It was not!!! They never voided the transaction! These thieves will do anything for an extra dollar! If you ever get a refund from here, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT!!! This couple running the Subway are dishonest thieves. And from what the lady at the truck stop next door says.....this is a very common occurrence. What a shame....
Wow. Biggest mistake ever. I'm a truck driver. Stopped at the little truck stop across the street. Wanted something warm for breakfast so decided to come to the only food option in the area. Footlong steak egg and cheese lightly toasted. Every subway goes skimpy w breakfast meats. Way of life. Oh well. She put one scoop. I asked for double meat then. She puts HALF a scoop......how is that double? But I'm hungry. Deal w it. Ok. She puts the cheese and puts it to toast. She rang me up and I pay while it's toasting. Ding....toasted. let's get veggies on there. 4 tomatoes. 4.....I asked for more. She was irritated but put another slice. 🙄 4 pickles. Again....4. I asked for more...."I already gave u extra tomatoes. Will charge for extra pickles." What!?!? Nope. Done. Refund. Husband came from convenience store side. Said all subways do that. I said no....just ir store. When did subway start charging for more than 4 dang pickles? So I'm back in the truck. Hopefully I'll find something...

When I went to check out and the machine asked me if I wanted to leave a tip I asked the employees if they split the tips at the end of the day. Surprisingly they said No. The employee that works the most hours gets the tips. Well, the owner always works the most hours therefore when you tip, you’re actually tipping the owner for the good work and service the EMPLOYEES gave you. As a business owner myself I am appalled at this practice. Your employees can make or break you. If you’re business accepts tips the employee(s) that EARNED them should take them home. If I could give the owner a 0 I would. The reasoning that the employee who works the most hours gets the tips doesn’t make any sense in the first place. But for an OWNER to do this to their employees is completely unacceptable. Especially considering the owner makes the schedule and the employees are all part time so the owner doesn’t have to pay the additional required taxes, unemployment, etc., he’s already making money off of them. My suggestion, if you visit the establishment and choose to leave a tip… hand it to the employee. Don’t leave it on the credit card machine. ...

We came in and I was waiting for my wife to get out of the car with our baby. The lady behind the counter asked if she was going to hurry, because they were closing.
Now mind you, this was 8pm, and the sign on the front door says 10pm.
I understand staffing is an issue everywhere, but there's a way of not being rude about it.
Because she seemed to be in a rush, I went ahead and ordered my sandwich and then was standing at the check out while waiting for my wife.
The lady asked again if she was coming because they needed to close in 5-10 minutes. At that point I told them to go ahead and close because they were being so pushy.
From that point, they started shutting down while I let my kids eat the sandwich.
The guy working with the lady then went over and sat at a table on his phone and they turned off the lights.
Someone else walked in after this and the guy got up from the table and went over and made them a sandwich.
It seems as though they know they're supposed to be open till 10, but they're working hard to not have to do anything after 8.
We'll...
