Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oak Point

The service at the Oak Point, TX location is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Rebecca and Jenn are absolutely WONDERFUL also! Their customer service is the BEST!. I have been there 4x (should go more, but I don't drive, so I have to have a ride) and every time I walk in they both greet me with a "hi again" and a smile. I usually have a special request for my cake donuts (which I love) and they honor my request every time! There is another location less than a mile from my home, but I will go 5 miles out of my way to the Oak Point location. I wish every business (not specifically DD) would handle their customers with this type of EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I'm happy to see this Dunkin opening up soon! The GM is a local, she loves her community. Let's also remember this location will bring jobs to area high school and college kids needing part-time or full-time work! There is plenty of business to go around. love this Dunkin location, always fast friendly service! They have fun donuts for the kids, usually different themes throughout the week.
