Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Oak Point

Changing my 5 star review to one Ordered a carryout on the website. Got the order home and it was wrong. I asked them to bring me the right order since I live down the street and was told I would be charged more to have them deliver it. When they made the mistake... I feel like that was a reasonable request for them to send me the correct food, but they didn't want to pay the driver, who I would have tipped accordingly anyway. They ended up refunding my order instead. The store is staffed by all kids seemingly 17 and under . My past couple orders have had things wrong but this time really frustrated me.

The employee yelling to the back of the store for answers to my questions while I was on the phone was strange.. Then I was kept on hold for 10 minutes waiting for the manager to never come back to the phone. Called back to confirm he was done with my call. Why was I put on hold without him saying...

Good pizza, but this location is an absolute disaster! There is almost always a considerable wait, even for online orders that show as “ready”. My husband waited for AN HOUR to pick up an online order tonight, and there were 6+ people in front of him who had been waiting longer. When he finally arrived back home, we discovered that our order was incorrect - SERIOUSLY??!! Perhaps if staff wasn’t texting, they could’ve paid closer attention to detail and been more timely. Previous instances include being charged twice/incorrectly, receiving pizza without the specified customizations, and rude staff with zero sense of urgency. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable, and the manager(s) need to recognize that this location won’t stay in business unless they decide to address the ongoing issues. Until then, we will be ordering...

The pizza toppings are thinner than other pizza chains. Like Pizza Hut , papa John’s. They pile on the salt!! Whatever those crumbs are they taste like pure salt. Then to the worst part. Their Cinnabon rolls desert suck big times. Talking about the LAZY way to do things. They send you the Cinnabon bread and for icing, they just toss a package of icing that YOU YOURSELF have to squeeze onto the top of it. The pizza laden with salt is used to make up for the lack of flavor due to a lack of toppings! These salt crumbs are extremely unhealthy !! This is the type of food that screams LAZY and CUTTING COSTS down to the dollar by saving on proper amount of cheese, sauce and cheese. Thinnest layer of toppings I’ve ever seen. This is by far THE WORST pizza joint I’ve ever seen. This chain screams “FAST FOOD THAT IS KILLING AMERICANS....
