Rudest Staff I’ve Ever Encountered
After reading the reviews below I feel so much better knowing I was not the only one with a terrible experience. Whoever is running this place needs to be replaced and whoever owns this location. CHECK ON YOUR STAFF. They are easily the rudest and provide the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I am a door dasher who picked up one order from this location with no issue. I arrived back less than 10 minutes later to pick up another order and waited about 10 minutes before I notified the customer of the wait and asked a manager if they are preparing the order. She would not speak English to me after I said I didn’t speak Spanish. I can understand enough but am not a fluent speaker. She showed me her register and it said the order was processing. I waited. I notified the customer the order was taking a while. I finally asked another manger who was trying to walk away from me when approached. She went to check the order, no response. When I got up to ask, she walked around the corner and another manager talked to me instead and said there was no order. I showed my proof, he changed his story and then said someone else picked it up. I contacted the customer and no one had confirmed pick up or delivery. I was the only one who had accepted the order to be picked up. When I called the employee out for lying (kindly) he changed his story again and said, “im sorry im sorry I will go get it.” He comes back and says another manger said they will not make the food. The original woman who helped me first came over and I said “hi, you helped me earlier and you were so nice to help…” she cuts me off and says condescendingly, “yeah im so nice huh, come here.” I respond and say im not trying to make an issue im just trying to get my customer their food. She interrupts and says, “haha yeah me either. So you don’t speak Spanish?” I say no I do not and proceed, again, showing proof of the order, she won’t look at the app and order, I ask her to look and she says no. I say I will report and she gestures for me to leave and then turned to her employees and laugh and I understood the names she called me and how she made fun of me not being fluent in Spanish even...
Read moreTerrible experiences. Stopped in today and went inside to be quick. No one was helping the man already standing at the counter to order, so I used the kiosk. The man waiting at the counter got his food before me, along with 4 other customers that ordered after me. I waited TWENTY minutes for a 10 pc nugget meal and big mac meal. A man came to the counter to ask for salt and pepper. It was 10 minutes before he was helped, at which time he generously pointed them in my direction first. She went back into the kitchen and pulled a ticket off the counter asking if it was mine. It was. Why was the meal set aside? I marked it to-go on the kiosk. It wasn't put in the to-go window/shelving area. Got the food and it was clearly (pictured) put together with no attention to detail. It was soggy and had obviously been made 20 minutes prior when I ordered it. They just never gave it to me. The first time I visited, it was 11:05, and the lunch menu was up - since mcdonald's serves lunch at 11. I was told they "don't serve lunch until 11:30, even though the sign had accidentally been put up 30 minutes early. You'll have to come back at 11:30." They advertise 24 hours, but clearly don't operate 24 hours, either. WHAT is this location doing? If you want people to order from the kiosk, then be attentive. If you don't want someone standing at the front to take orders, then have condiments and salt and pepper out where it can be easier to gain access to, rather than making them wait 10 minutes unaddressed. Read moreThis is an Owner/Operator run store. The Owner should consider selling to McOpCo (Corporate) because it is clear and evident that they have no business trying to own a McDonald’s…much less trying to run one at the quality and service that is provided at McOpCo run stores.
Crew have no idea how to function in their roles. That’s not a reflection of them. That’s a reflection of poor management. McDonald’s is solidly known for its French fries yet every order lacks the two necessary components to a tasty order of fries: ketchup and napkins.
Suggestion: order pocket guides for each member of this location. Managers are tested in front of crew. You flunk, you’re fired. Crew will then learn the proper way to do things the McDonald’s way.
Orders are usually incomplete. Not sure if this location is allergic to customer service…again, I feel that this is entirely reflective of management-which starts at the top. Owner, go attend some classes at Hamburger University (yes, this is a real thing), and learn to lead by setting an example.
