Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Oakland

This place sucks. When they 1st opened, I thought yay, another option close by. I recently learned it's no bonus that it's only 5 min away. I went through the drive-thru just want 2 # 1s no cheese. 1st, they're out of Dr. Pepper, but she doesn't tell me until I was about drive up to the window. Ok, no problem, give me Coke then. At this point I realize, she hasn't even entered my order into the system so I have repeat what I just ordered. Finally, I see it's on the screen and pull up. She throws the drinks at me and I ask for a drink tray. She tells me they're out. Ok, 2nd thing you don't have..and I proceed to wait another 20 minutes for my order. When I finally get everything, I dash home to find not only cheese on the burgers but they're luke warm. How is a burger you supposedly just made only luke warm a few minutes later? Ugh. Horrible. I just keep driving to Hayward for it when I want it again. I'll never come back to this location again....

The food was okay (nothing to write home about). But, I want to bring your attention to the mens bathroom issue. When I visited this place after eating, I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, I was told that the mens bathroom was broken by one of the male workers. The sink is literally on the floor is what I was told. When I asked where does everyone go to use the restroom? He directed me to the manager. He said I use the female bathroom. When I asked the manager about using the bathroom her response was they are both out of order. After me asking her the same question so where do you all use the restroom she said well since you bought something we will let you use the bathroom. It was highly unprofessional the way that I was treated. I will never again return to this location. It was my first time eating at this restaurant and it was...

I was a 1st time customer from out of town. I ordered the #1 which consists of famous Star Burger, fries and a soda. My burger was horrible, it tasted weird that's the only way I can describe it. I took the top bun off and couldn't believe my eyes but it explained the weird taste. The patty was a odd grey color, both sides. So I took it up to the counter and showed it to the girl that took my order. She got the manager, who was hecka rude from the gate. Never smiled, never apologized, never acknowledged anything was wrong with it other than asking what it is I wanted her to do or give me? I told her I'd take a strawberry shake, she made it and gave it to me still without a apology or smile. Thank goodness I don't live in Oakland, I will never patronize this...
