Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Oakland

I ordered a big box of popcorn chicken sauced and loaded. It definitely was not sauced and loaded. I paid an extra dollar for that. Check your box before you drive away. They said they wanted to make it right but so far no further response. I won't go back to Jack in the box!

Today I made the mistake of going back to this same Jack in the box. This time a lady gave me a drink that had ice in it but was warm on the bottom. It was supposed to be dr pepper. It was flat. I gave it back to her and asked for a different kind and she went in the back and came back and gave me another drink that was exactly the same. She realized I was not leaving until she gave me a drink that was not flat and tampered with so she finally gave me one that wasn't flat. The ultimate cheeseburger was smoothered in mustard though. I didn't realize that until we were miles away. I won't soon forget that place. Also be expecting a homeless person standing by the window when...

By far my worst Jack in the box experience. Let’s start by up selling, make sure they don’t give you a large combo because you asked for small and they didn’t confirm hearing you. I bisited on June 13 past midnight. Cashier was fighting w customer cuz she messed up the order. I received my drink with a bad/ wrong side lid and it poured all over the electronics in the center console of the car and half of the features dont work. Received the food bad while burger is wrapped in a destroyed paper. NO NAPKINS( someone please explain who wouldn’t need napkins?) asked for ranch, ketchup and mustard dressing, only found barbecue in the bad. Interior of the store is miserable. I have a horrible sweet tooth🦷🍭 in the middle of the night... So I ❤️that they're open 24 hrs. & Unlike some other places (coughcoughmcdonalds lol) their ice cream machine is always running and never "broken" 🥳🙌🏼 but the real star🌟of the show is this black lady who works nights a lot... I should know her name (& when I find out I can update this review so she gets the credit she deserves!) but she's the 💣 I always get a Oreo milkshake & she always puts extraaaaa whipped cream and some Oreo crumbles on top! & I just love her for it! They normally don't do all that & I just think it's dope that she does that extra lil bit even tho it's not required! It always puts a smile on my face!🙃 (& If ya read this, ya already know you're my fav lol)

but anyways they're always quick, foods on point with what it should be, never had a complaint.
