I recently visited this Subway location and was shocked by the lack of professionalism and proper staffing. It appeared there were hardly any employees working, and the a person seemed to be underage a little girl making sandwiches and charging ? which raises serious concerns about labor laws and proper training. I might just contact the city, California dept of public health and safety.
To make matters worse, the store closes earlier than advertised, leaving customers frustrated. The customer service was also poor—my order was rushed, horribly made and the staff seemed uninterested in ensuring a good experience.
When I go there, there was a man he was throwing the veggies in there and even charged me for the meal when all I asked was for the sandwich, which frankly I’d didn’t even want anymore.
This location needs serious management attention to address these issues. Until changes are made, I can’t recommend dining here. I used to go here but now I can’t it’s horrible and it needs...
Read moreThey are very rude at this location, if I could give zero stars, I would. Not realizing that I do reviews on food regularly, as I was dressed down the last few times I went in, and they treated me accordingly, telling me flat out No, when I made a special request on my sandwich, not even giving me the opportunity to get the words out that I was willing to pay Extra, after I told them I was more than willing to pay for everything I requested, they had the audacity to act surprised that I would be able to do so, that's why looks can be deceiving, and each customer should be treated the same. I politely went to dominos a few doors down and they where polite, accommodating and followed each request perfectly, and they actually make a really good sandwich, as soon as I'm done im going on Domino's website and give them 5 stars for customer service, and if reading this you should try their sandwiches, surprisingly they are very good and cheaper....
Read moreI ordered a cold sandwich and hot soup. The sandwich was great but the girl working the counter ladles out soup from a container out on the line. Then she carried it to the microwave to heat it. When I got home and started my meal, the soup was barely warm and tasted like it was going sour. I didn't eat it. I've had soup there before and it was served piping hot without microwave heating. Idk what they're doing, but it isn't good. My cold sandwich was fine. I called and spoke to the person who served me and she said, "I'm sorry but we are closing now and I can't help you. If you call again tomorrow I will try to help you." I said I don't need help from you but you should throw that soup away and not serve it again. I hope...
