Authentic Winnie Thai Food — Restaurant in Oakridge

The pad see ew with chicken was truly phenomenal, as were their crispy wings. The shrimp was pretty rubbery, the chicken satay significantly dry. The crab rangoons and pot stickers were both quite yummy. Where they lost a couple stars for me, was on their sauces. I love and depend on sauces and their sweet chili and teriyaki both tasted like colored vinegar. I am so glad we got our food to go, because I keep Mae ploy sweet chili sauce in my fridge as well as teriyaki which saved the appetizers. They still got the overall rating of 4 stars for the delicious wide rice noodles and great broccoli and carrots in the pad see ew, as well as the crispy wings which were juicy and delicious. We will definitely be going back, if only to learn what is and is not exceptional on the menu....

Words cannot describe how delicious the food is. My husband had the green curry and lemon Thai ice tea. I had the duck pad Thai and the butterfly pea lemonade. The green curry was well seasoned and the duck was so tender and moist. We never order dessert when eating out but this time we did. We decided to try the sticky mango rice to share. A- roi mahk! We are learning the Thai language for an upcoming trip next year so we were excited to try out phrases we have learned. Please be patient with the staff. Their English is limited. A gem of a restaurant in Oakridge, right on Hwy 58. The food was excellent, and the server was very friendly and helpful. We saw that duck was a big feature on their menu, so we did rhe massaman curry and pad thai (both dishes with duck). All four of us enjoyed the meals and shared from each other's plates to get some of both. We had sides of sticky rice which were excellent to dip into the massaman curry sauce after eating every piece of duck, potato, carrot and peanut in the bowl. We left full and happy and still had enough for a leftover container. We'll definitely be eating here the next time we're in Oakridge! 5/5,...
