Of the last 5 times visiting this BK , using the drive through, ALL 5 have given poor customer service. At the first window, when given change, a short response of " heee go"!I suppose that meant " here you go". No smile, actually a hateful look when I said " you're welcome " , as she closes the window quickly! The next window , handing out the food, says "two whoppers?" hands it out with another hateful look and turns her back, when I also said " you're welcome. Absolutely the feeling given to me as I am bothering them and don't expect any friendly interaction with customers. As a complete opposite of customer handling, I would suggest they be carted up to Chiefland Florida's, only BK ,and go through the drive through line. They have their act together and know how to show an appreciation towards customers. These young "bad attitude" girls need to understand that the customers (that bothers them) is what keeps that store open and ultimately gives them a job. Me, personally, I'd run their arrogant asses down the road, or work inside (away from a business/customer interaction) so that they wouldn't have a chance at tearing down a long term acceptable business. Just another example of poor work ethics with minimal, to zero, effort in their job. Read moreThis experience occured from 10:30-11:00 PM. First, I was BLESSED to meet Woah Vicki working the drive through (see Youtube for reference). Once I was finally allowed to order, I was fortunate to hear her say to a coworker, "This car man." To which I responded that I could hear her earning an, "Oh. Sorry," with the dynamic tone of stagnant water. When I rolled up to the window, I was informed that there was no more french fries and asked if I would accept onion rings, mind you this is now more than an h1our before closing. Alas, I cannot eat onions and asked if I could have another substitute. She turned to the same coworker she had vented to earlier and was told they would not even when they were offered suggestions. They were so gracious as to be willing to except full payment however for the lack of fries. I informed them I would have to eat elsewhere. Woaah Vicki asked, "so you don"t want any of this?: I declined and she lovingly slammed the window and rolled her neck, snapped her arm, and made the stankiest of faces. Read moreBurger King is a large chain burger restaraunt as everyone knows. As everyone knows it is difficult for many companies to find and retain workers. I will take this into consideration. While waiting in line I watched as the the cashier gave cups to three gentlemen to find out they wanted a different size cup. One of the men was holding the cups with his fingers inside the incorrect size and those cups were returned to the stack to be given to someone else. The drink station and the seating area was not clean either. I ordered a fish sandwich and small fries. My husband ordered two double whoppers and fries. Our food was neither hot nor up to the BK standards that we remember. I did speak to the manager about the cups and untidy lobby. She offered no answer for the cups, but to her credit she sent someone out right away to clean the lobby. I admit that I'm a tough customer but you only get one chance to make a good impression.
