Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oceana

I have went in there about three times in the evening wanting to order personal pan pizza and they say they don't have any personal pan fixed I am like huh?? Then another time they said they were out of onions umm Goodsons is right beside you go get some SMH Also I can call and it literally takes forever for someone at Oceana to answer going thru all the ads and everything ridiculous I have actually called waited for a while got in the vehicle went to Pizza Hut got out of the vehicle and went inside to order and they still haven't picked up the phone to take my order remember I was in my vehicle in the middle of town and drove to the end of town to Pizza Hut !!!! Come on we don't need all that stuff when you try to call an order in we are just a small town we don't care about all that other stuff we work hard all day just want to order some food and go home and relax that's all . Please do something about the phone and personal pan pizza dough . Thank you

Attention: This makes the 5th time I have went into Pizza Hut in Oceana WV wanting 2 personal pan pizzas and once again they don't have any personal pan pizza I am like really!!! Such a horrible and rude place of service, will not be coming back here again! I asked a simple question and the man looked at me like I was crazy with his eyebrows down for asking if i can add bacon to my pizza! He acted confused and had the nerve to tell me if I wanted to add bacon to my pizza then try tudors?? I told him it’s a regular topping to add bacon that I’ve got it plenty times before and then he tried flipping it like it’s my fault that I asked for bacon on my pizza!!? He continued to make the stank face and told me that he thought I meant slabs of bacon that I should’ve been more clear, excuse me? How rude and unprofessional to not take accountability for something YOU as an EMPLOYER did, if it was a moment of forgetfulness then I understand but to be rude and blame the customer is unacceptable. Its a hit and miss at times theres been a great few times the pizza is perfect like u simply couldnt ask for a better pizza , it all would be so perfect then these last few times (even when there not busy )its not been as good as weve had come to expect from our community Pizza Hut , i still buy there frequently tho because i know when they get it right its so freaking awesome...
