Had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment. Ordered and pulled around to pay and before I could even hand her my card the woman who I now know is the manager named Mandy Nall says something to the extent of oh heck no I'm not talking to that girl im not helping her with a very rude face and tone and then closes the window in my face and walks off mind you I have never met this woman in my life then another worker comes to the window and tells Me sorry she wants to be mean to me I then tell. Her that I don't even know her and then she left the window and another manager came to the windows and tells me the same thing that she was being mean and not talking me and I also told this manager that I have no idea who this woman even is or why she is being so extremely rude to me and after that I'm assuming they told her because she came about half way to the window and said sorry she thought I was someone else with no real empathy at all. This was extremely unprofessional I suffer from anxiety and struggle to even go through a drive through. This was a terrible experience. Couldn't even eat my food because it was cold by the time I stopped having a anxiety attack. A terrible choice...

I have eaten from here 3 times and all 3 times there has been an issue. The first time I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and got home to realize that I had gotten the grilled chicken sandwich. When I went back up to the store they located my sandwich with my name on it and instead of making me a new one they gave me the one that had been sitting there for quite a while. The second time I went I was missing a fry in my order and was given all the wrong sauces. The 3rd and likely last time I ate from here I order a chicken sandwich with no pickles but got pickles anyway and I also ordered a big bacon and asked for no lettuce tomatoes or onions and I got onions anyway. Then if that wasn’t bad enough I found a nice wavy black hair in my fries! Oh also I did order milkshakes from here and I ordered the cookies and cream one and I received chocolate chip cookie dough. This place is literally a joke at this moment and I’m not sure they can make it right but one thing I do know is they all need some extra training up there cause...

This was our third time visiting. This time the service was extremely slow. I believe that I had a new employee as I had to tell her our order three times. She stated that she would make our plate as soon as she placed the order. We got two legs and a breast (85 cent extra) and two orders of fries. She then grabbed two cups for our drinks. Began making one drink and walked away to make other orders. She never returned to the drinks. I had to ask the other cashier to complete our drinks after she set the first cup to the side to make her drinks. Once we sat down and ate our chicken legs, we started with the breast - oh, wait, it is a thigh. Too late to return and get replaced - plus the long wait to do that. Probably will not return. Service is usually slow if you go inside. I do not particularly like their green beans (not seasoned very well) or their Cole slaw (extremely plain with little flavor).
