My wife and I were just looking for a couple burgers while visiting Odessa. This great little restaurant is a very unassuming place, but it was extremely clean. The owners, their grandson and an older man who lives nearby who was eating at the same time as us, made the atmosphere an absolute delight
But the biggest surprise was the food! The owners have a small ranch called Critter Creek Farms and raise buffalo, sheep, beef cows and other types of animals. All of the meat comes from their own animals. They have burgers made of which ever variety of farm animal you would like or a mixture. We were not feeling that adventurous, so we just stuck with beef. The meat was spectacular, but all of the ingredients from the buns to the vegetables were fresh and perfect as well. And I have no idea how they made the unsalted big fries so delicious... Clean oil?

This was one of the best burger and fries that I have ever eaten. We actually split a burger because my wife is extremely finicky, and I thought she would take just a bite of two and then give me the rest of her half. She gobbled her half down even faster than I did. It felt like we were getting a completely home cooked meal made with care from very friendly and nice people.
Apparently, the restaurant is not open all the time, but if you are passing through and you are lucky enough to see that it is open, you should really...
