Boone Saloon — Restaurant in Ohio

Ordered a pizza was told 1 1/2 hours took 2 1/2 hours when pizza arrived it was luke warm when asked to sign for it I said I'm not paying for a cold pizza that was made wrong. Delivery person refused to take pizza back saying manager told him not to bring it back and that since I got the pizza I still had to pay for it. The manager sent 2 people to deliver pizza seems to me manager and owner did this intentionally. After calling and getting hung up on I was threatened that they would call the Sheriff. Wow what a way to treat a repeat customer. I will never eat at this DUMP again. By the way prices are high but worth it when they actually give a good product with good service. Never pay with card on a delivery order so you can have a chance to make sure it's right. The only thing they offered was 1/2 off next pizza with attitude like that never ever again!!!!!!...

You can't even joke around about being born in Xenia ambulances accidentally hitting a dog when the chicken bone got stuck in my throat. Don't forget to bring your glass to the counter... even if your not finished or the bartender WILL NOT SERVE YOU and will speak down on you. " They are trying to save on ice" So, you've put your mouth on the glass, and then they put that side on the lever that activates the machine to pour. Now they take someone else's glass and do the same thing. Yuck. Also if refilling several glasses at once, how do they know whose is whose? BUT I REPEAT DO NOT ASK THE BARTENDER WHY YOU HAVE TO WALK BACK TO YOUR TABLE AND CARRY MANY GLASSES BACK TO THE BAR OR SHE WILL BECOME VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... VERY!!! Then followed out to our vehicles to plead with us that management would never approve of that behavior??? Owners should definitely check into this... VERY UNSANITARY AND...
