Creno's Pizza East — Restaurant in Ohio

Wanted to take my family out to eat and decided to eat here, however we ended up getting embarrassed. Our waitress was rude, and very disrespectful to me and my family. We received smart comments, and attitude when we would ask for certain things, my grandbabies cups had their pop all down side of it I asked for a rag or something to whip it off and was told well that's how it was when you guys handed it to me. Then when I asked to speak with a manger I get told my boss will be out to deal with you, as she said this she had attitude. I talked with the manager and something was supposed to be said to her however my best friend went there and had experience the same thing with attitude and sass so I will not be coming back as long as they have disrespect waitress. I have ordered from this store, along with other Creno’s locations, multiple times and have never had an issue until today. I placed an order for delivery, and upon receiving my pizza, I was surprised to find that half of it appeared to have no sauce or cheese at all. The extra sauce cup was placed in the middle of the pizza, and the cheese from one half had completely slid off into the bottom of the box. While I understand that heat can sometimes cause cheese to shift slightly, I have ordered this same pizza many times before and have never experienced anything like this. It appeared as though the pizza may have fallen or been mishandled during delivery, possibly sliding off a seat or being tilted, which caused this issue. I would appreciate it if this could be...
