Dudley's in Damascus — Restaurant in Ohio

Drove 20 mins there and back to get this pizza and chicken. That is one of my favorites. Until today my customer service was beyond horrible. I Ordered “Breaded” wings got home which is a 20 min drive to open my food and see that they didn’t bread my chicken. Which I know for a fact that I asked for. The manager said the only thing I could do is bring it back, no credit for next time nothing!!! The person that took my order said that I never asked for them to be breaded and then SHE SAID IT WAS THE WORKERS WORD AGAINST MINE lol. Great way to treat your paying customers. So since I wasn’t driving another 40 mins to bring the chicken back it went in the trash and my money went down the drain. Will never order from disrespectful people there ever again. What an amazing staff!!!!! Food is great, staff and service is even better. To the people that complain about the time it takes to get served, that is for a reason, it's good food and great atmosphere. You can't go to Cedar Point and jump on the newest best roller coaster in 10 min, you have to "wait" because of the demand. Food service is.no different. It's a fantastic friendly family environment, so yes of they are busy, it may take a few minutes. Dudley's Pizza in Damascus, don't change a thing!!!! A great family owned and oriented carry out pizza place, specifically the only one in Damascus with very friendly and courteous staff offering a huge selection of other menu items including wings, hot and cold sandwiches, jojos, all freshly made. They also serve Coca-Cola beverages at very competitive pricing and so much more at an excellent value. One of their other main staples Is their hard dip as well as soft serve ice cream, with service that can't be beat! An excellent choice for families, youth, and adult sport teams alike.
