I get a coffee from Dunkinā Donuts every morning. During the weekdays, I buy my coffee from this location on my way to work. I noticed that this place charged more money than my local Dunkin in Columbiana, Salem, and Boardman for the same coffee. Yesterday I saved my receipt and noticed that they charge an additional swirl charge , so today while ordering I asked for no additional swirl please. I was told by the cashier Amanda that that was not possible they do not make it without an extra swirl. I told her that I have my coffee made all the time at other locations without a swirl. She no said no you donāt and pretty much called me a liar, to which I brought my receipts to the window to show her that yes in fact they do. She then got belligerent with me and started yelling at me in the drive-through line, she screamed that it is not a franchise their privately owned and can charge whatever they want to. It was totally unprofessional , the customer service is horrible , and pricing should be explained in a calm, courteous manner. I will not be going to this location any more. I will back track the 3 blocks and go...

Long story short, her attitude toward me was less than professional. She made a comment to my student driver when I went to use the rest room, "If she would have turned the fu¢#ing brightness up, it would have worked"! Needless to say when the student told me this when we returned to the car, I went back in and asked to speak to the manager, to which she informed me she was one of them. I told her how rude and unprofessional she was and said I would be reporting her. She said Great, have a nice day. Then as we drove away, she was standing in the window for us to see her waving. I have a Drivers Ed School and stop at Duncan, on a regular basis, to get a drink and use the restroom. I can assure you I will not be stopping at this one and will be giving my business to other places. Rude, Discourteous, and Ignorant are the nicest terms I can use to describe my experience. Hopefully,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad to run to get a dozen of donuts for the kids and this elf thing. When I pulled up to the drive through I wasnāt greeted with a hello, good morning, not even a welcome to Dunkinā, just a āyeahā when I pulled up to the window the employee came to the window, again not any type of greeting just the total for the order. Her and the other employee laughing intermittently at each other about something which that doesnāt bother me, but only saying this because they were obviously not just having a bad day. She hands me back my card then my donuts again not one word. And it wasnāt because they were busy, there was no one else in the drive through or the restaurant itself. (I can see why) When I got home this is Christmas Eve. morning there was not one holiday decorated donut in the box. Just an all out surprise to see such a lack of costumer service and poor social skills. I needed to get some gift cards but wasnāt going to spend another dollar...
