Italo's Pizza - Glenmoor — Restaurant in Ohio

They have been disappointing our last few times so we are done going there...I see a For Sale sign in the window. I hope they find someone who takes pride in their customer service and food quality. There is no consistency especially with the amount of sauce on a pizza...so dry you almost choke. No organization at all. Was told my order would be 40 min for 2 large pizzas. We get there and they never put the order in and stood there arguing. 25 minutes later we had pizza with no extra sauce when we ordered extra sauce. And no discount for our trouble. The time before that, they gave our chicken order to someone else so had to wait again and we also got a pizza with the wrong name on the box. If I could give 0 stars...I would. Get...

My order total came too $23.99 on Thursday the 24th at 6 pm... And on the following Sunday at 10:30 pm I got a notification I was charge another $2.99. yes! And the charge too my bank said They adjusted your purchase price and included the tip for the lady at the register who didn't have to do anything but hand me my food and take my money. Point is! That they overdue my to account amby charging me that or 2.99 and broke the law by accessing my person financial information without my permission, not to mention that they close hours before 10 pm... And that's exactly when this...

As other review stated, nothing special at all. But the one thing you get with or without buying is ATTITUDE from the girls working here. We walked in 1 hour & 15 mins before closing & they seemed to be put out we were there. Since they were already mopping we tried to not walk all over the floors, & were also informed the chicken frier was already off for the night. They were not helpful @ all & this being our first visit we had questions on the menu. We won't be back here, their attitudes made the mediocre food seem rotten....
