Super upset at the treatment my family received. I contacted Jimmy and explained that it was my parents 20th anniversary and I wanted to surprise them with a campsite for a weekend. It took a couple of calls to get it scheduled, but eventually did. I prepaid for a full hookup site for my parents RV. They showed up today to a site that was NOT a full hookup. Nor did it appear to be a full hookup at all. Melissa said that she would take care of them and get them moved. Instead, Jimmy told them they could go to another site that also had no hookups or leave. After the hassle they decided it was better to leave. Completely disappointed in the customer service. A nice surprise completely ruined. If you didn't have any sites available, why not just say that?

Went for the first time. Albeit, was very busy for a live music night. It’s a cash only establishment and the Malibu buckets are good but not really strong. The only bathrooms are porta-potties which were gross and had a very long line. You also have to fight for seats and people will put their drinks on them and “save” the seat even though they are nowhere near so you have to stand around hoping to find a spot. They charge you $3 to get cash off your credit, the only issue with that is your credit card company is going to charge you and additional fee for your cash withdrawal.
