The Korner restaurant is a staple of Jackson, Ohio. It is definitely the spot that all the locals go. I love to go here and get breakfast, it’s absolutely delicious. The menu is filled with good ol’ midwestern comfort foods. I stopped in early & was looking forward to breakfast. Your seating options are booths, tables or the counter, I always go for the table. My waitress was over quickly to greet me, give me a menu and bring my cup of coffee. The cheese & bacon omelette was my pick for today, I chose the hash browns & white toast to accompany it. My meal was absolutely delicious & it was a generous portion size as well. I also really enjoy the bottomless cup of coffee. I enjoy the atmosphere of this restaurant, the locals are all very cool & the vibe is definitely relaxed. This is one of my solid go-to’s when I want some awesome down home comfort food. If you haven’t dinned here, you...
Read moreHad the Swedish breakfast. It was disgusting. Potatoes were dry. Never had brown eggs before. Didn't/ couldn't stomack eating the food. Wife had Biscuits and supposedly Sausage Gravey. The biscuit looked and tasted like an amateur made them with the distinct taste of flour and were dry. I make way better at home. The gravey was 'sweet' with a total lack of sauage flavor. Coffee ran out, both mine and the wife's. We had one cup. Was offered (finally) a coffee refill 'after' I asked for the check. The homemade bread/toast was okay. Won't be back. The waitress was very inattentive and seemed more concerned with the large group that was coming in to fill the tables they had pushed together. Also, she almost threw the jelly I asked for when she brought it, never offered a coffee refill throughout breakfast. She literally ghosted us...

The waitress was perfection and she knew exactly when I needed a coffee refills and was right there with it. The coffee was very good, not watered down like some restaurants are doing. My friend and I hadn't seen each other since before covid so we sat and talked and didn't realize how long, but no one tried to get us moving. Very nice staff there. I recommend it! The only problem I had was finding it. It's on the SW corner of Lipkey and Mahoning and there's a sign wirh red print by the street but I still drove by twice and my friend did the same. I think it's because it's in a strip of buildings and it doesn't look like a restaurant from the outside. I'm glad we found it because...
