I can’t believe this place has 5 star ratings!

I’ve worked for McDonald’s myself. Who ever is training this staff needs training their selves. I ordered 20 pc nugget Happy meal 2 McDoubles Fries And a couple other items

They forgot to drop my nuggets. They gave me a parfait with all fruit and a spoon of yougurt on the top ! Anyone who has worked here and has done prep knows they are made yougurt fruit yougurt fruit yougurt.

The nuggets were over cooked. You drop the nuggets you set the timer they literally cook for 3 minutes and the timer goes off. They weren’t even that busy Burgers that I got were not obviously rotated and were old.

I felt bad for the manager I spoke with in the store when I went back she re made my parfait and didn’t know how to do it when I got home I called back because the fruit was frozen solid normally I wouldn’t care but it was for my 2 year old. They are definitely not supposed to be made frozen.....

All the less it took forever for them to come to the window ! They started making my specialty drink 5 minutes after I was sitting at the front window for about 5 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Someone seriously needs to train these...

I ordered a #7 medium with a coke and asked very clearly to make everything fresh. I got to the window (I was the ONLY person in drive thru) and waited 5 mins b4 being greeted, so I figured everything was being made fresh....NOPE! He handed me the food with my change (no receipt) so while he's making my drink (should've been 1st) I checked out my food. Fries are cold and soggy and the carton was half full, the burger's heals were hard as bricks as well. The cheese wasn't even starting to melt which shows me that the meat wasn't cooked either! (Side note, I used to manage a McDonald's so I know the procedures) So I tell the guy at the window and he lies saying that everything was fresh! Needless to say I got a full refund and after filming all of this I will be talking to the STORE manager tomorrow to have that night manager reprimanded for lying and being rude right off the gate once I called out his lie. McDonald's is going down hill. update The store manager was notified and given the video. He offered an apology along with some goods. I hope that other manager was fully...

If I could give zero stars I would!! Went to this McDonald’s today got a large iced mocha for $4 when I got it, it had no ice no cream and no sugar no whipped cream and no chocolate drizzle, when I took a sip it was warm and was straight black coffee with mocha syrup. They didn’t even get the right coffee I paid for, if I wanted it they way they gave it I would’ve order a large iced coffee and paid half, price isn’t the deal, their service isn’t good and they don’t make the coffee the right way I’ve given this McDonald’s a bunch of chances to get their stuff correct and it’s the same every time I go to a different McDonalds on the way to work and it is perfect first try no problem. This McDonald’s pulls you for 1-2 items and you sit there for 10 minutes waiting on them, I’ve never had such bad service and quality anywhere I’ve ever been, this needs to be fixed and they need to get their workers in line with what people are ordering. I will never be going to this...
