McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

My family and I hit this location a handful of times each year. Today's experience was bad enough to prompt me taking the time to review it. The store was quite busy when we got there around 1:45pm. We stood in line to place our order (or preferred method given the kiosks are terrible and slow to use) and after a few minutes the unfriendly and annoyed gentleman at the counter basically insisted that we use the kiosk. I was going to object but then he began getting flustered because his computer was giving him issues so I reluctantly used the kiosk. People were sitting all over the restaurant waiting so we knew they were backed up. It took at least twenty minutes before we were given our food. The order wasn't right and our sauces weren't included. There were no straws or ketchup out, and when I asked for straws the same gentlemen gave me an insufficient amount and then seemed even more annoyed when I told him I needed more. The tables were all dirty. The food was the worst McDonald's I've had in years. The buns were stale and the fries were clearly undercooked. I get it - you're busy and there's a rush of people, but you can be friendly and take some pride in your work. A little bit of effort and positive attitude...

This was one of the filthiest places I’ve ever been. Both toilets were clogged with toilet paper, grime was all over the floor, and feces were on the back. The kiosk was disgusting, covered in what looked like a child’s snot. We grabbed our ticket and the table tent matching our order and sat down. Numbers were being called, but our receipt had nothing printed on it, so we waited with our table tent.

After a long wait, my husband found our food just sitting there. He tried to ask if it was ours, but everyone ignored him. He brought the food back, and the fries were old, cold, and dripping with grease. The container was soaked through. I went up to ask for a supervisor, but like everyone else, I was ignored. After standing there for 10-15 minutes, I finally asked aloud for a manager.

A manager eventually came out, but only because she thought I had left. She acted annoyed as I explained the issues, waving her hands as if I were wasting her time. She asked if I wanted new fries, which I accepted, but they came back just as greasy and soft, tasting of old oil. She claimed it was because they were busy, but that’s no excuse.

Terrible customer service and awful food. If I could give this zero...

This is buy far as close to what Sinbad the comic said in one of his shows "only at McDonald's will your total bill be $4.95 and you pay with a $5.00 and they don't know how much change to give." So today we went thur the drive thur and ordered 2 #1's a fish sandwich and a mcdouble, paid for food, went to next window they gave food. 1 fish sandwich 2 drinks 1 fry, 1 mcdouble and a Big Mac#1. They open window ask if all is ok? We tell them we ordered 2 #1's they gave 2 drinks 1 fry, we sit there and they ask again this time they gave a EXTRA LARGE FRY for all the screw up I guess. Like I say a lot what do they sell at McDonalds? They sell McMoron's

So I thought I would give this place a second shot to redeem themselves. Hahaha, went inside and used the touchscreen to order my food NO MUSTARD NO ONIONS, still to this date they either don't read or don't know how to read an order screen plus the happy meal did not have fries or yogurt.
