McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

Does the owner not look at the reviews of this McDonald's? SOOO embarrassing, sad, and as always... GHETTO TYPICAL FOR YOUNGSTOWN. If I owned a fast food business and had negative reviews like the one the Midlothian McDonald's has piled up over the years I would consider shutting it down, lighting a match, or selling it. Year in and year out this is the worst rated chain/franchise fast food restaurant in the city of Youngstown. I don't ever write reviews good or bad because I normally don't have the time and normally no business effects me enough to do so. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN WITH THE AMOUNT OF ISSUES IVE HAD WITH THIS MCDONALD'S. MOST OF THE EXISTING CUSTOMER REVIEWS COVER MY COMPLAINTS SO I DON'T FEEL THE NEED TO BE REDUNDANT. But..... HERE ARE 2 MORE CURRENT(2023) ISSUES TO ADD TO THE LOOOONG NEGATIVE REVIEW LIST... 1) STOP CLAIMING THAT YOU ARE 24 HOURS AND PLEASE POST LEGITIMATE TIMES THAT YOU ARE OPEN AND TAKING ALL DRIVE THRU ORDERS. I OFTEN STOP IN AROUND 10PM AND 4AM. AT 10PM THE WORKERS CLAIM THAT THEY CAN ONLY TAKE ORDERS FROM FOOD DELIVERY COMPANIES OR ONLINE ORDERS. WHAT????? WHEN DID THAT START??? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO LET THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER KNOW THIS??? SUCH GARBAGE. AT 4AM, GOOD LUCK GETTING SOMEONE TO RESPOND TO YOU WHEN TRYING TO ORDER THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. THERE ARE WORKERS THERE INSIDE ON SITE BUT THEY WILL IGNORE YOU. 2) PRICES ON AVERAGE HAVE ALMOST DOUBLED IN THE LAST 3 YEARS BUT THE QUALITY AND SERVICE ARE HALF AS GOOD AS IT SHOULD BE. PLEASE LET YOUR WANNAB HARD GHETTO WORKERS KNOW THAT ITS NOT COOL TO BE SHORT, RUDE AND HAVE ZERO MANNERS. NOONE NOT EVEN GHETTO GANSTERS ARE IMPRESSED WITH YOU BEING LAZY AND IGNORANT. THIS ISN'T ABOUT RACE EITHER SO STAY FOCUSED AND CONTINUE READING. (NOT ALL) BUT ALOT OF THE WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION OVER THE YEARS TRY TO ACT HARD AND RUDE BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON THEY THINK ITS COOL. GROW UP ALREADY. IF YOUR WORKING IN FAST FOOD AND WORKING THE OFF SHIFT DRIVE THRU YOU MOST LIKELY ARE NOT COOL OR HARD AND WE ALL KNOW THAT SO STOP TRYING TO IMPRESS. PLEASE. On a positive note there is a middle aged white lady that works early mornings at this location and she is ALWAYS polite and ALWAYS makes sure you order is fresh and correct. If she already isnt I hope she gets promoted to Store Manager and holds her employees to the standard she possess. Either way the owners should let her train or retrain the other employees until they are atleast 1/4 as...

this place has got to be by far the worst service that can ever be provided. Constantly waiting in 30 min lines. food is nvr fresh or it's not even close to what you ordered. the people are ignorant and sloppy. I seen a kid leave the back dishes area and start making food without gloves. i work the night shift right up the road and i go for simple things during the night.. 2 cars still wait 20 mins. or there systems are always down. I sat 20 mins tonight because I was told to give them a minute. they came back 20 mins later to tell me okay cash only. these people are lazy. they dont want to work and make things up to get out of doing things. like why all of a sudden u accepting just cash after making me wait 20 mins to tell me that. HOrrible service and I've had enough with this place. I drove to the window and asked for corporates number and I am contacting them on this issue. half the time they will not give you a receipt. they don't even know the difference from a sweet tea and some flat coca cola. extremely upset how I was treated after I was given the number to corporate everyone needs to make this aware that this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been at in my life. and it appears I'm not the only one who has this thought. poor service, definitely not fast food, long waits, dry or cold foods, orders nvr right. but who wants to sit i another 30 min line to correct it when the inside is closed....

I think ppl just want money I ordered and woke cream would kill me I never looked till I got home there was wipe cream managers if they can't read clean up is good no wipe no cheese no onion what ever they cNt read oh wait u got a problem wit what u said then get it together for real this is bull sugar honey ice tea just show up for hours huh I guess if they let ya think I'm putting in for manager there sweRi have a.ent my whole staff home and r. Store alone never si Ais it was easy but don't put up with and they will do something better wen they got there check 10 hours are schedule what 4 hours on it more hours than they were getting not only were the new employees getting more hours they were getting more money what's made my employees do what work cuz they knew Pac-Man was sending them home not only that biphrania Mr bipolar schizophrenic I'm going to say this my GM didn't have to come in I made them pull everything it's friars the grills everything until I know everything was clean at the end of the night my morning shift love me they never had to go over my work step it up McDonald's real talk a frappe with no whipped cream means no whipped cream I was allergic what if I had picked it up and drink it on the way home without looking at it do anybody care and there's one manager up there that I know for a fact that don't belong there I might just show up at your GM...
