First off, the food itself was pretty decent. Nothing to write home about but I did enjoy it. What I didnât enjoy was the customer service and how they handled a certain situation. So, to begin, I ordered two sandwiches and a thing of wings from them today. Nothing special, the problem arose once I arrived. Upon arriving I was informed that I had not made an order for this location. I quickly learned I had accidentally ordered it for pickup at another one of their locations thanks to their employees. No big deal, my mistake, Iâll make the drive on account the other restaurant had already prepared our order. I started to leave when an employee said they could just transfer the order there so I wouldnât have to make the trip. I thought this was immensely courteous. So I of course allowed them to do this. This next part is what left a bit of an imprint. As I went to sit and wait for my order to be ready one of the employees stopped me and told me that my number had been blacklisted from being able to order on account that I âcalled twice and hadnât picked up an order I called in.â While I donât blame the employee for stopping and telling me this I find it completely rude for my number to be blacklisted when I was perfectly content with picking up my order at the other location, after all it was my mistake, but to have told me and stopped me from doing this and then starting my order there and then telling me that there were said consequences, it left a less than desired experience. While yes I had called twice (due to the fact my phone had dropped the call mid order) I had called back and seemingly straightened things out at their call center. Furthermore, while it was full heartily my fault on my part for placing the order at the wrong location it was their reaction that kept me from just driving down the way and correcting it as such. So in conclusion, while the food was fine, theyâre customer service is a little less than desired. For in the world of consumerism the customer is who you strive to please and this interaction left a sure sour taste in my mouth. I hope if this or any other similar scenario plays out it can be handled better by the upper management, and maybe they could use this as an example of what one little incident could play out as. Thank you for your time in reading this review. Have...
Read moreVery disappointed. My coworkers and I placed an online order at 11:15am. Received a confirmation message that the order was placed and should be ready/delivered by 11:45am. 12:15pm we called and asked the status of the order and we were told it is in the oven because they got several call orders and they process those first and do internet last. Very poor management or store processes. Orders should be processed in the order they come in -- NOT after. As I write this, it is 12:35pm and there is still NO pizza. At 12:15pm the only thing offered was we could cancel our order. We did not as we were assured that it should come out in a few more minutes. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IF YOU WANT TIMELY DELIVERY AS WE WERE ADVISED BY THE STAFF...
Read moreIt's been a hot minute since I've been to Napoli's. (Let's just say I remember this building being Three Sons Market back in the day) And at the period I left Ohio (2005) Napoli's wasn't that great, but nowadays their pizza is a comeback story topping what Domino's went through, as I think this pizza is much better than what you'd get from regular takeout/delivery. The only thing I didn't care for was the Mac'n cheese bites, they weren't bad but just average. What is still amazing to this day is their wings with the blue cheese dressing; no grocery store dressing comes close to Napoli's, even after moving to both California and Texas. Still can't find better blue...
