Napoli's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

Here is what happened exactly I have witnesses for every word I said. I ordered a supreme with everything on it except olives. I usually open the box to make sure the place I get pizza from didnt mess up the order. This situation was different, we called it in early super bowl Sunday at 4pm. Kept the box closed to keep it hot, then stuck it right in the oven on low heat soon as got home. Opened it up at 5:50pm right before game started. We eat half of it and we say do you guys taste any meat?? No!? Because there was no meat and they charged $30 bucks! This was not repeated back to me that it was a garden patch or vegetarian pizza i was on speakerphone and nobody heard that. I called little hocking store again and they said they didnt take the order not a sorry and didnt offer anything to make things right i was clearly very upset yet respectful. She said I dont know what to tell you and I said I know what Im never getting pizza at Napolis again, it didnt taste that great my 76yr old stepdad said he likes little caesars better and I said we couldve gotten 5 pizzas for same money too I didnt feel like driving into town but next...

I have to give this restaurant 5 stars because the employees there are superb. They are so friendly and helpful that you can't give them anything less. They make you feel like you fit right in and enjoy talking with you. I happen to love their pizza because it doesn't have too much sauce on it, whereas, my boyfriend wants ALOT of sauce on his. It gives me heartburn. The cheesy tater tots are Amazing, they add bacon to top them off and they are so very good. The garlic skillet rolls are the most soft and scrumptious rolls that you will find in this area. I'm not super fond of the fettuccine Alfredo but it is good. I have a tough time finding any that beats Olive Garden's and probably never will. Napoli's Alfredo sauce is very creamy and not a strong parmesan flavor. My daughter loves the boneless hot wings. They have a nice variety of dishes for you to choose from. We eat there often. I do recommend...

Not the best food around and depending on the location can be overpriced for the similar or better quality food. Nothing great to really say about Napolis, it was bareable, though the baby napis are pretty alright depending on if the person making them knows how to toast bread or not that day.

Edit: continued decline in effort and quality. Baby nappies are terrible. Not cooked enough, cheese isn't melted and bread is soft. Terrible Pizza is normally soft and soggy but okay. Could be worse. The chicken wings are the best thing in on the menu so far, as well as the Italian sandwich.
