Nuthouse Saloon — Restaurant in Ohio

Went there for the first time since it reopened. Started out good,all the waitresses,were asking if we were ready...had to look over the menu,so we declined twice. Ordered, and good arrived promptly. Almost done with the meal,and still,no one came back to see if we needed anything. My beer bottle could not have been closer to the edge of the table. And they would walk right by,cause they had to clear tables, for no one,that was waiting. Yes....i said no one,was waiting. Finally got a beer,then right after check came. I wasn't ready to leave yet. I was hoping to enjoy my beer maybe have another with my girlfriend. Check was wrong...over charged us for a beer we DIDNT get... Meal was ok at best. 3 stars,because the fish was big and not soggy greasy. Her salad...was NOT worth 7 dollars. Wings, not near as good as previous owner. So in closing... Meals-3 stars Price- 1 star or less Service- 1&1/2 stars because it started decent. Cleanliness- 3 stars. And stay out of the booths... there's zero...

We decided this week to try all new places within 1 hour of home. This place disappointed us all around! The food is mediocre...except the loaded fries as shown in the picture! Took ten minutes for the waitress to come back to our table to take our order after getting our drinks. The table that sat right next to us already had their order in, appetizer on the table and eatting before we even placed our order. The waitress didn't check on us once we got our food until my cup was empty and placed by edge of table to indicate I want it refilled. It wasn't a pleasant experience for us so we do not plan to make the drive again (40 minutes each way!!) Very disappointed because all the reviews and Facebook posts had me excited for today's new place to eat. One other thing...they only take cash so be prepared...we didn't see one sign that said cash only! I was smart enough to call ahead to make sure before going or one of us would have been stuck there while the other...

The service was the worst I’ve ever had waited ten minutes before anyone even sat us then we ordered our drinks which took 10 minutes to even get them then ordered and sat there 1/2 hour waiting for our food and and maybe a refill finally get a refill and waited 10 more minutes for the food to come out my eggs was so bad couldn’t even eat them pancakes had black stuff all over them and was so overcooked they was hard and my girlfriends breakfast was so bad she couldn’t even eat any of it. The bad thing is didn’t even see our waitress to complain about it she finally comes around and throws my bill on the table and don’t say a word and walks off. So I paid the bill and left. Definitely would not recommend this place for breakfast to anyone. Worst sausage gravy ever. I could go on and on just in shock how bad the whole experience was...
