We had a horrible experience with this pizza spot ordered 7 pizzas that were delivered to us at our hotel stay and the pizza were not made to our special order as requested we called to advise management of the error and dissatisfaction of the pizzas and the manager I spoke to was rude and told me that it is nothing he can do for us and that nothing was wrong with the pizzas despite us saying we were not satisfied. Then after letting them we will just return the pizzas for a full refund because they have not been touched the manager on the shift told us he would not refund us our money and that the owner advised him to not refund us and if we came to return the pizzas to call the police on myself and my husband. I am beyond dissatisfied and disgusted at this entire experience and do not wish that anyone else has to go through what we did over pizza. We wrote this review and filed a formal complaint with the BBB so hopefully no one else has to experience this pizza spot and their poor...
Read moreI heard people talking about how good Puzza Aroma was. So, I figured I would give it a try. I ordered a pizza last night for delivery. They person i ordered from told me 45-60 minutes for delivery. After waiting a hour and 10 minutes i called in to ask about the pizza. I was told it would be here in 10-15 minutes. I asked about the 45-60 minute wait for delivery. His response was I dont know what to tell you we are busy. If you're that busy why are you telling people 45-60 minutes. Once we received the pizza. It was like the pizza was over cooked. The crust was hard. For a privately owned pizza shop you would think they would be on top of this. I know I made my first and last trip here to Pizza Aroma.
Update I gave PizzaAroma a couple more tries. They have redeemed themselves. I have actually been ordering weekly and will keep ordering. The pepperoni and sausage pizza is my new go to pizza. Thanks for the friendly service and fresh hot pizza. I did change the stars on...
Read moreThe pepperoni overload tasted great, premium ingredients, the sauce was good and dough was good cooked perfectly, but itâs major major downfall was the pepperoni where under the cheese and this is all bad for a few reasons as follows every time you pull a slice from the pie or pick it up to eat all the toppings all fall off and you end up with a piece of pizza in your hand with nothing but sauce. The grease from the pepperoni acts like a lubricant and doesnât adhere to the crust so itâs jus like a floating layer of toppings. Also the pepperoni remain almost raw underneath and donât crisp up, that to me donât taste very good. I challenge who ever owns this place to go to Marcos and order a triple pepperoni pizza and then you will see how itâs supposed to be put together. The lady that took my order and helped me when I got there was awesome and seemed very happy to be working there so thatâs...
