The Food was the highlight. As an appetizer, we ordered the soup of the day, which they were out of. We did get an order of the Sauteed Shrimp which were really good. They were cooked in the shell which I had never had before but we ate them too and they were tasty. The Italian Sub was warm, soft, and filled well. I don't know how I feel about them being served with a bag of vending machine chips. The Prime Rib was cooked perfectly. It had a lot more fat than I was expecting. The Mashed Potatoes and Gravy were super rich and I loved them. The Vegetable Medley was surprisingly fresh and crisp. I expect most places to use frozen veggies from a bag that they microwave, so this was a pleasant surprise. As a whole the flavors were good, but my food was cold so I stopped eating halfway through to take the rest home.

The Service was friendly, the prices were reasonable, but lots of weird decisions were made. The wine we ordered came in a very small glass with maybe 4 ounces in it. The second glass was a little bigger, maybe 6 oz. Then the third glass was finally about 8 ounces. The knife they served with my Prime Rib was a Paring Knife instead of, I don’t know . . . a Steak Knife! After using the Paring Knife to tear and scrape the meat apart, I eventually gave up and switched to the Butter Knife I was given. I also didn’t love the random Spaghetti Noodle that came in my Vegetables. I will say that it was nice to see that the place was well-staffed. There were a handful of servers and even the manager sat us and was wiping tables. That being said, I watched the busboy wiping tables down with Ammonia-Free Windex. That is a glass cleaner, not a sanitizer or disinfectant.

The Atmosphere was fine. We came in at peak dinner time on a Friday night and needed no reservation and sat immediately without waiting and the next group of patrons was more than an empty table away from us. The inside kind of reminded me of the now-discontinued “Ground Round” restaurants. There were a few TV running, music with Touch Tunes playing, and decent lighting. The booths we were sitting in were cracked and wobbling. The bathrooms were...

Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else!

We attempted to eat here with a large group, including two people in walkers and another in a wheelchair. There is no handicap accessible entrance. The front door has a 2"-3" lip and one side was locked preventing any wheelchair access. If you make it past that, there are two more places with lips that make it very hard for disabled people to enter.

When we asked the staff about a wheelchair entrance they immediately got short with us and became very rude. We were told to "go around back". Around back is a pot hole filled gravel parking lot. There is zero chance that someone with a walker or wheelchair can enter though that door.

That would have been enough to keep us from eating here but we didn't have time to go elsewhere. So we stayed. It only got worse from there.

Marrisa was our server and she was awful. She was annoyed at any questions from the menu. Did not know what they had on tap and spoke to us rudely. It took a fairly long time before we were even asked if we wanted drinks. We were just ignored for way too long. They weren't even that busy.

After ordering drinks it was an even longer time until anyone got anything to drink. No one got water. The beer wasn't even that cold.

I am not even going to talk about the food. It was mediocre at best.

I have filed an ADA complaint against this place. Whoever owns this restaurant...

The one-star on food was for the mashed potatoes. Those were delicious. We sat at the bar and ordered an app sampler, salad, and Delmonico steak. It felt like a really long time for the salad. The place was fairly empty and there wasn’t any protein that needed to be cooked. Then, the steak came out- before the app sampler. Bartender told us they needed to remake the sampler because something was burned. That happens, but it took another 10ish minutes and came without the tenders. They came another 5 minutes after that. The really awful part was the steak. It was not good. The grill must have been lower than needed because the fat wasn’t rendered and the meat was chewy. We ended up eating less than 1/2 of it- between two people. It also didn’t have any seasoning on it at all. I actually imagined Gordon Ramsey yelling about salt, lol. We planned for this to be a nicer dinner at a steakhouse, but instead it was disappointing. I would avoid the expensive items, like steak, at all cost and stick with the freezer to...

I'd give 3 stars if the waitress or busses cleaned our table off after our drinks and appetizers. Plates and glasses piled everywhere. There was 7 of us. Appetizers were great. Breaded mushrooms, Spanish artichoke with crispy fried potatoes and chicken quasadio was the best I think I had. Dinner a half hour later was Luke warm. And little flavor. Ordered a long Island which came in a 4" cup for 6.00 with little alcohol if any. Patty melt was on marbled rye tasted burnt and pungent. Patty was thin and well done when I asked for medium rare. All sides extra. So, no fries with any sandwhich. Would I go back? Nope. All 7 agreed.
