Silver Top Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Ohio

So we went in on a Friday night and were just trying to grab some dinner. We were told to take a seat wherever we would like. Had I known the music would end up immediately behind us I wouldn't have chosen the seat that I did. Couldn't even have a conversation it was so loud, which I understand was uncontrollable. However, being hungry after a day at work, I didn't expect to wait an hour or better for our food. (From the other review responses my guess is the owner will spend more time looking for my ticket than apolozing) You could tell that the kitchen must have been having trouble because everyones apps came out at the same (the entire restaurant) and the same with the main dishes. Sounds like we maybe need some better kitchen staff. I watched two of them come out of the kitchen and head to the back to get supplies with not one sense of care or urgency. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but for the wait, quality of the food, and what we paid for the food I don't think we'll be back.

Update: Shocker....the owner responded and obviously took NO responsibility and blamed the customer just like he has in other reviews. Maybe he should spend less time attacking his potential customer base and more time trying to improve the things that are going wrong. Wow...someone get John Taffer...

Love this place. Me and my boyfriend live down the road and came here every 2-3 days and spent a lot in drinks and food. Guess we came at the wrong time one night. Sat on the patio for a long time and decided they’re probably busy so came inside to make it easier. The bartender was really rude to both of us the whole time and her and the cook were laughing and making jokes about me in the kitchen because I asked if they could put sautéed onions on my mushroom Swiss burger. Basically saying it was fancy and I was stuck up. I was just asking a question a simple no would have been okay, I get that burger at many bars and diners, and hadn’t tried silvertops burgers yet. Very professional. Haven’t been back since. But the rest of the staff is great, won’t be going there before 6 anymore though. Best wings around though! And I love the deep fried green beans! The one waitress advised of the 1 hour kitchen time, which we were fine with. The problem was our actual waitress. I had to actual get her attention to get one refill, then had to go up to the bar the next time to get our pop refills. Our waitress never did check on us again regarding pop while we were waiting for our food. The appetizer was quick to come out and was good. We did wait over an hour for our main food. By the time it was brought to the table the fries were actually cold and not hot. We ended up just asking for to go containers for our food just to leave and eat at home. I had a whole other issue regarding the kids meal, but I was told I was wrong for what I watched and seen. I would never recommend this place as far as service. The food was good once we ate it at home. And say what you want, but due to the actual poor service of our waitress I did not leave a tip. Tips are earned and should not just...
