Look, I like Taco Bell’s food but this location ALREADY needs a LOT OF WORK - namely in staff training and customer service. No one seems to have been prepared for this. I realize that they just opened in Waterville and employees there are still getting the hang of things but some of the cluelessness and ineptitude being shown behind the line is TOTALLY unacceptable and a blatant violation of health standards. Where was training? NON EXISTENT. And it’s like the whole thing is a joke to them. Had an employee COME FROM BEHIND THE LINE to finally wait on me at the register inside - still wearing his plastic gloves - take my money and give me change - then proceed TO MAKE MY FOOD STILL WEARING THE SAME GLOVES which touched the dirty coins and bills from the register - handing wet tomatoes, chicken, lettuce etc. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE IN THE INDUSTRY. The absolute epitome. Concerns about safe standard practices and cross contamination seem to have been thrown out the window. When I confronted him about this - he immediately apologized, put clean gloves on, and remade the order. That’s great and I’m sure he was really sorry but this is like COMMON SENSE. Touching money at the register and then proceeding to make food behind the line without changing gloves???? Yikes. Turns my stomach. Honesty, I don’t think I’m ever going back to this location because I can’t trust them. Is this an isolated incident here? Who knows but I’m not taking that chance again. Quite frankly, a lot of this can be blamed on the brainless and absent evening management who spends a majority of her time sitting in the parking lot in her running car on her phone sucking on her vape pen while ten cars are in the drive thru and the restaurant dining room has a half dozen customers standing around waiting. You can already tell this location is going to be run to the ground quick with the lack of caring, attention, or awareness going on. I would highly recommend avoiding this location at least until they can wake up - and maybe fire “Trina.”...
Read moreWe have been avoiding the Taco Bell in Waterville, Ohio because our previous orders, there is always something missing. My daughter really wanted this for dinner tonight so I said yes. She and my husband ordered through the drive thru, came home and we were missing items, yet again. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the person on the other end said that they were the manager. I proceeded to tell him the issue and he apologized and said I could come back and get the missing items. I said no and asked for a refund, to credit my card back. He said that he couldn’t do that, that I have to come in person. And then he hung up on me. I wouldn’t be leaving a review if this happened for the first time or the second. I chalked up the first few screw ups to their location being new and busy. After that I thought it’s not worth my time. Tonight, I’m done. I don’t want to sound mean, but how difficult is it to work at Taco Bell? I have two receipts that I will take in this weekend for a refund, one from this evening and one from last month (because I forgot about it and haven’t been back). I have only revisited this establishment hoping it will be different and my daughter loves it. We are a family that supports and works at local businesses. To the franchise...
Read moreFood is good but the service was very rude. The person handing out the food was very nice no complaints there but when first arriving the person is rushing you. The screen came up my order and then switched right away when I said it was correct. When I went to the window I saw the wrapping say breakfast on it. I said I didn’t know if the order was correct the person at the window took it back and looked at it she was very nice! The manager I am assuming started screaming saying she new she asked me if the order was correct. Which she did but I was confused I said that I was confused and just miss understood when I saw breakfast on the wrapping. Another person came up gave me the same bag and said it’s correct here. For just opening up I thought they...
