Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

I want to see businesses in the area succeed, however the service was unbelievably bad. I was hoping I was on an episode of Punked. Unfortunately, I was not. I was one vehicle away from the speaker to order when I pulled up. Waited over 5 minutes before I was able to move up to the speaker. Two cars behind me left. Once I pulled up to the speaker it took 4 minutes to get waited on. I only tracked time because cars were leaving and the wait was very noticeable. The item featured on the menu I ordered and they didn't have it. No big deal. It took about 15 minutes to get to the window from this point. Total wait was about 25 minutes. I felt bad thinking they must be short staff. When I was close enough to see through the window I noticed they had 5 people working and no customers waiting inside. I waited at the window for about 4 minutes before I got my very simple 2 taco order. The girl who gave me my food wasn't very friendly and the item was a little cool. I would add a girl was hugging a Male co-worker's arm for a few minutes and some employees were singing. I'm glad they were having fun and making love connections but it was dinner time and I really wanted to get home. I said this was a very long wait can I get a manager card or phone number... they said they didn't have it. I called the Salem TB to see if it was the same company (they are not) because I wanted a managers phone number. The person I spoke with shared they have different owners however they wondered what was going on at that location because they had received several complaints on the lisbon TB. A few months ago I went through the drive through and they left out a couple of breakfast delights... not a bug deal it happens, I live on the other side of town so going back wasn't really an option... I go a month ago and they forgot 2 tacos! I had a large order and there was a long line behind me so I was not gonna check it right there! Anyway I again left it alone... but today my husband went through after a long day at work and he figured it's not gonna happen 3xs in a row... well it did 3 cheesy role ups! My son was upset but ate one if my husbands burritos instead... I have 3 kids and live 10 mins away which makes it hard to go all the way back right away. A bit ticked...

Taco Bells taco super pack costs $14.99 for 12 tacos. I tried to substitute beans for the meat and they wanted to up charge me $6.00! I told the lady working the drive thru that I didn’t want to add beans I wanted to SUBSTITUTE them. She said it didn’t matter it would still be a $6.00 up charge. I’m vegetarian and Taco Bell is the only fast food that I typically eat. I’ve never had this issue before at other Taco Bell locations. Maybe the employee should have been trained better on the register and she didn’t know any better however this is the second time so unfortunately I will not be returning to this...
