Ordered food for pick up 48 wings crispy and sloppy, a Mac and cheese dinner with brisket, And a brisket dinner. Wings were not crispy nor sloppy some were still pink in middle. The Mac and cheese dinner had less Mac and cheese, then the side mac and cheese for the brisket dinner, we never received our side of ranch or bread with brisket dinner. I called about the issue with the wings and was told 48 wings was to many for them to make if I brought them back, they then offered to just make more sauce. Until they saw them when we brought box back for them to see with raw wing. They then offered to remake but we had to go home to get the rest that I had already offered to bring back in first place. We then got our new wings that were cooked but however not crispy still but now edible. I usually do not leave reviews however, I do not believe the way this matter was handled was the right way at all. Well today we decided to stop at The Boot on our way out of GOTL instead of stopping at one of the bars on the strip, big mistake! We walk in, there's about ten other people at the bar not overly crowded. Not sure what the bartender was doing, but she tells us " it will be a couple of minutes". Ok, so we're sitting there waiting and waiting, over fifteen minutes with money out on the counter. When I thought she was coming over to take care of us, a customer I'm assuming is a regular tells her he wants a refill and another speaks up from across the bar staying the same. And she waited on them with us still sitting there empty handed. We get up to leave and she yells out " sorry guys" WOW is all I can say. Had a Christmas party here for work for about 25 people. Angel was able to get us scheduled even though we probably waited too long to start looking at our options. She was very pleasant to work with and was able to answer all of my questions. Food was great, drinks were great and the service was impeccable. The two servers that were taking care of our group did a fantastic job keeping the drinks and food coming. I heard no complaints from anyone that attended. After the event most of us stuck around to continue drinking and listening to the band. Will definitely be trying to have further events held here...
