I’m not sure what the hype is about especially on TikTok reviews. It wasn’t that great. We went and ordered at 6:21pm on a Sunday. They were decently busy. They don’t have many tables but it is a very small restaurant. We received our order at 6:52pm. Which seemed long. Even at full restaurants, we don’t wait that long. The lady at the register was nice but she took our order wrong and whoever prepared our food forgot 5 items. Waiting wouldn’t have been too bad if the ac was working. We were sweating inside and there were so many flies inside. It was very annoying to wait in. It felt more like a bar or a back yard garage teenage party vs a burger restaurant. They had alcohol and mixed tea drinks that looked liked it had been sitting out all day. The drink machine only had a few options since the others were out of order. The cups were opened red solo cups. Again teenage party beer pong vibes. It even had a pool table that honestly the space could’ve been used for more seating for more guests. Also the music was way too loud to just enjoy it. Let’s talk about the food. The servings were huge! You do get a huge burger and a lot of fries that honestly my daughter and I could split. The fries were my favorite part. They were perfectly seasoned with the right crunch. The ranch sauce was to die for. The yum yum sauce was too salty and their Biglow’s sauce was awful. It tasted like strong mustard and a little bbq sauce. The brioche bun seemed like they were homemade. I got the old fashioned exactly how it comes and my husband did with added bacon which costs $3 to add some bacon. The burger had no seasoning. It had salt and the charred grill taste. It’s good if you want a plain burger but the hype was it is so flavorful and the best ever burger when it’s not the best burger in Oklahoma. I think it’s bland because a lot of their burgers have a lot of flavorful toppings and condiments which makes sense but I went in thinking one thing and it wasn’t. Both of the bottom buns of our burgers were so soggy it was dripping with grease and we couldn’t enjoy it. We had to take it off. We were going to get cobbler with ice cream but they said they were out of ice cream. Will we be back? Maybe. But we definitely will order to go and double check they even made it right. Especially for as much as it costs. Also it’s not kid friendly. We didn’t see any kid seating or even a kids menu.
Edit for owner: The food was good but the experience was not. There wasn’t anything anyone could’ve done at that moment to address it. Too hot, too many flies, soggy buns, drinks in glass pitchers with melted ice that didn’t seem fresh.. etc. We didn’t want to wait any longer than we had too with 2 toddlers who were already ready to go because it was too hot. You need cups with lids because we had to fight flies from getting in our drinks. Instead of worrying about customers saying something in person, listen to the reviews that seem to have the same issues and try and fix them. The customer experience is the most valued for business. We had an honest experience and left and honest review based on our...

Biglow’s is one of our favorite local spots when we’re craving a great burger—or something a little different! On this visit, I went with the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich just to explore more of the menu, and it did not disappoint.
We arrived around 6 PM, and while the place was busy with mostly to-go orders, the dine-in experience was smooth and efficient. Our server, Romi, was upbeat, friendly, and clearly enjoying her job. She handled our special requests (no seasoning on the fries, sandwich cut in half) with care, even catching a kitchen oversight and fixing it without hesitation.
Service was fast, the food was hot and delicious, and my wife was thrilled that they serve Pepsi (a rare win in her book). We also spotted a dessert case with tempting options like pecan pie, cobblers, and cinnamon rolls—definitely on our list for next time.
If you’re in the area, don’t sleep on Biglow’s. Great food, fun service, and a local vibe that’s easy to love.
I have to start moving them up to 5 Stars. I ordered the Holy Cow today and I shared with my wife! It was huge . . . . and delicious! We also ordered the Chicken Egg Rolls, you won't see them on their main menu but they are awesome!
Since I've been here before they have a seasoning which I prefer to not have on my fries. Fries are hand cut and are tasty. I'm a picky fry eater and therefore like to vibe any seasoning or salt. Looks like I'll have to order mine no seasoning & no salt. It's a personal preference of mine.
I love the owner's mother, she had a great sense of humor while taking our order. Every time we asked to order she had to walk back and check.
This place is not well known yet but it will quickly rise to the top once the word gets out about how good the food is! I'm recommending that if you like a good burger this is a good value. I'm just going to warn you the burgers are worthy, hot...
Read moreWent to this location because my gf had been wanting to go try them out for a cpuple months now. Went in around 7 and left at 8:30. And we were waiting that entire time. Me, my gf and a another person ordered. Our 3rd person waited for anout 45 min. But we waited for an entire hour. At one point a kitchen stafff member came out to run food and saw our table with one plate and three people at the table and said "okay we took care of you guys" and went back to the kitchen and completely forgot our order. I tried to call her back and say we were waiting on an order but she straight up ignored me! All we ordered was 2 classics and waited for an entire hour and was not compensated for our inconvenience. The kitchen staff had no communication with each other and everyone looked so confused with every order. They handed out orders that had been waiting for 10-20 minutes before ours. There was even a table that had been brought "messups" togo for their inconvenience. They got 6 burgers out befote ours and we were asked not once but twice what our order was. We werent brought any appetizers for inconvenience or asked us about our order for 50 minutes. When we finally got our order waiting from 7:30-8:30 we took it togo. The worst part for me was that they brought out one of the burgers plain. We asked for the toppings that were supposed to come with it. And they brought out onions that was on our friends burger that she didnt want and set to the side. So they took her plate kept the onions and gave it to us! Super unsanitary that was touched by someone else and they serve ut to another customer. I heard they had some problems like running out of beef and POS system going down. But that lack of kitchen communication and overall service was the real downfall. Will definitely not be returning. We spent $34 and while tasty it was not worth the...
