Casey's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This location always has gas pump issues. Bags on certain pumps, no receipt paper, no towels or water to clean vehicle windows. Today, I pay at the pump, input rewards info, select 87 grade, pump resets... Since this is normal for this (and most) Casey's, I moved to pump 6 and same thing, pay, input rewards, select 87 and once again, pump resets. I go inside, surprised only 1 person at the register, and 2 employees behind the counter. After the lady finishes her snack, she assists me. I inform that the pump took my payment, then reset. She asked what I'm trying to get. I told her 87, she informed me oh, 87 and 89 don't work.. How about a sign on the pumps stating they are out of 87 & 89 octane? Sure would have been helpful, especially on the 16° morning.

I think I'm done with Casey's in general. Every location is basically the same, pumps having bags, Internet issues, always some sort of issue. The rewards are okay, but not worth the frustration and inconvenience every visit. Think I'll go to 7-eleven, I'll pay a little more for gas but save all that...

This location is new, so maybe it just hasn't been enough time, but I have found it's not run efficiently.

Employees don't know what to do in certain situations, or need manager help, which is fine, but every time this has happened to me or while I was there (four times thus far) they couldn't find the manager on shift and had to spend time looking while people waited in line, and ultimately call them on the phone because they were nowhere to be found. That's excessive given that I haven't been there THAT much.

Fountain drinks don't taste like the drink they're supposed to be (tried on multiple occasions so it's not just a one time thing. I'm wondering if they use their brand of soda instead of the brand it says you're getting?)

Food is okay, but they're not good at handling rushes at all so be prepared to wait awhile even if you arrive at the specified time. Also mask wearing is pretty lax, even by managers.

First off don’t go here unless it’s your only option and if you do Get your receipts every time you go here ! I’ve had a couple situations at this store most recently I bought 2 energy drinks and 2 black and milds and was charged 43$ was told it was the computer system instead of the cashier owning up to her mistake Horrible experiences second experience I paid 20$ for gas the pump stopped at 00.3 cents go in tell them it stopped they asked me to move to another pump had to repay the 20$ again said the first 20$ wasn’t charged and will go straight back to card the second pump does the same exact thing but stopped on 00.6cents go in they will get and attitude with you like it’s your fault and tell me it’s nothing they can do and it will go back on my card so if that was all the money I had all you get is a sorry ! That is not how a business...
