Chef Becker and his pasta are amazing. My introduction to this culinary masterpiece was 6+ years ago and I still remember the dish. Simple whole wheat fusilli pasta parmesan cheese, shaved asparagus and a little really good olive oil. you see the magic of Becker's pasta is that the pasta itself becomes the centerpiece of the dish. Many pasta dishes rely on heavy sauces to carry them but Della Terra pasta can stand on its own. Boil some according toChef Beckers own directions written on the back of the package, drizzle with a little olive oil and it can be enjoyed alone. Wish there were more stars to give. Well I just had to let you know.... My husband and I went to Urban Agrarian several weeks ago and we purchased what they had of your pasta, the Fresh spaghetti and the different variety's of box pasta. Came home and had the fresh for dinner with homemade marinara and meatballs. The fresh spaghetti was DELICIOUS, AMAZING, WONDERFUL.... Then last night made the Creste Di Gallo, using the recipe on the box...AGAIN...TOTALLY DELIGHTFUL! Even the grandson gave a thumbs up! I have been following Della Terra for some time now. I have purchased the pasta at a few different restaurants in the Oklahoma City area and was delighted when I saw it pop up on menus like at The Red Rooster.
